Fast shipping ,Good quality!

the product was clearly exactly what i needed and being offered for an affordable price with two-day shipping that was practically free. product arrived as described within the promised shipping window. as a result, i was able to repair my air conditioner at an estimated savings of >$100.

I love that there is someone who comes in as I am shopping in just a few seconds to minutes to ask if I need help, just like in a regular store. Also, I realized that I needed my order sooner and they made it happen without an extra charge and even sent it earlier to ensure that I received it. Excellent!!!!

Great service response. Products that are unusual and high in quality.
Outstanding place to find special things that are above ordinary.

I received excellent service for the order. Received it the next day! Thank you!

Very good service, I have corrected my review, as I was in error in reference to the order. They did handle the order quickly and received actually quicker than expected.

Love the product we have ordered so far! Looks great in our store! Actually have to call in the next few days to order more :)

Had what we were looking for and received the order very quickly. Like.

Products were delivered immediately and I even received a personal call from the company to confirm the details of my purchase before it was shipped. The products arrived as described by their web site and their prices were great.

Great service with reasonably priced products. What a great combo

Excellent delivery and the product is great!

The customer service is excellent! The order arrived fast and correct. Have used every item.

Fast, easy and good quality.

Very pleased with my purchase, as well as customer service I received !

It seems that my original purchase order was not received however after a follow up call the issue was fixed in a timely manner

Product as described, shipped quickly

Shipping was fast unfortunately the ship to address was incorrect on the box and I had to track it through FedEx to my neighbors one block over . My last name was also miss spelled but overall happy with the product very sturdy

Customer service was very prompt with my pre-purchase question. The items showed up on time and were high quality.

Ordered a 12" acrylic cylinder on March 16, Shipped on March 17, estimate delivery date was 7-10 business days. As of right now writing this review it is now April 5th
It has been 17 business days since my product has shipped. I still have not received my product. I have a friend who has also ordered the same product shipped out on the same day. Received his package with the 7-10 business days. 1 star is solely on taking more than 10 business days to reach my destination when a friend ordered on the same day received his in the quoted time.

Update: While waiting for the order, I have been keeping in touch with customer service. They have been keeping me updated with their fast email replies. We have came to a solution. If you ever have a problem make sure to contact customer service, they will try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

Fast, accurate shipping. Definitely recommend.
