Retail Resource Arvostelua

Great service, easy to contact a representative for help and answers, but I the shipping charges are too high.

first time ordering from RR and customer service is at 100%
GREAT JOB RR!! i will shop again

Fast, reliable, great service and the product was exactly as depicted.

The order process and product itself was fine; however, the shipping quoted to me was approximately $17 and ultimately I was billed $41 for shipping, which I never would have agreed to pay had it been estimated at $41 at the time of order. I don't understand how I can be charged 250% more for shipping without my agreeing to do so in advance.

My order was held up for 2 weeks because of a back order on 1 piece and I was not told. No one at Retail Resource checked on the order and when I called about not getting the delivery they got it shipped. It was not shipped on the expected delivery date. I had to call the 3 shippers to find it and then push them to deliver the next day. It was going to sit on the loading dock and ship 3 days later. No one at Retail Resource even checked on this shipment that was supposed to fix a mistake. No one cared about this shipment of fixtures for a new store set up. I finally got a hold of a sales rep and between myself and her pushing the delivery we got it the next day. I think when there is something wrong with a customer order and you are trying to fix it, you would pay attention to the details and make sure everything is going according to the information you gave the customer.
I will not be ordering from them again.

I was looking for ceiling clips and found them on this site. Easy to order, No hassles

Great customer service, was always ready to help, went the extra mile for me. Pleasure shopping by them.

I ordered several baskets. They are great quality & shipping was very fast. Shipping cost was a little high though, but I would definetly recommend ordering from them.

My product arrived damaged, but I'm rating Retail Resource a five for their excellent customer service and the ease with which they handled the return.

Quick and accurate order response...thank you

Customer service is very good, but shipping charges are excessive.

My purchase was delivered two days after I placed my order! I couldn't have been happier with the quality of the merchandise & I can't bragg enough about the wonderful customer service help I received with questions I had. I'm so happy I discovered Retail Source!! jn

We ordered 8" purple bows. Unfortunately they were not what we required (not sturdy enough for outdoors but color was good. When I called to find out how to return, the individual was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient, it was a pleasure. Everything she told me was spot on and I received her email with the pre-paid label while we were on the phone.

Would use them if the need arose for indoor bows.

Very fast shipping good quality products and no issues at alll

My order was processed quickly and arrived quickly as well. Thank you!

Friendly and efficient! Order arrived quickly.

I was skeptical about ordering plastic necklace display busts, but they are lovely! Very high quality and a nice size. And I received them fast! Thank you!
