I was struggling with where to start to get back into fitness after having 3 children in just over 4 years. The total reset 2025 challenge gave me everything I needed to build a habit and feel good. I was then able to continue with different programmes, trying out different forms of exercise, liking some more than others but being motivated by the
app to keep going. When I was stuck with which programme to go to next, there is always a team member at the end of a message to give me advice. My challenge this year is try and sort out my nutrition with the help of the app too, everything you need is in one place!

This is review based on the retreats for anyone considering booking. I attended this retreat last year. The overall concept is lovely, and the location is very peaceful. The group atmosphere was positive, and the meals and activities were enjoyable.

However, I did find that the accommodation was quite damp, and some of the facilities and rooms would benefit from upgrading. The promotional material didn't really align with my expectations based on the promotional material and it did affect comfort at times.

Overall, the retreat has a lot of potential, and with improvements to the accommodation and attention to these practical details, it could be a really special experience.

I've been a member of RWL for over five years now and love how the platform had evolved and grown. The support from the team and other members is incredible and the focus on mindset and education as well as fitness and fat loss is first rate. I'm super excited to be back using the app to its fullest this year and can't wait to see the fantastic results I can achieve. Thank you, RWL :)

I followed a workout programme before my wedding and really enjoyed it. Just done my first workout post-baby and looking forward to getting back into the swing of things. Really engaging workouts that fit any schedule.

Found this app by chance. Had a 30 day for a £1 membership back in September. Really enjoyed it. Unfortunately I had to cancel for reasons not linked to the app. Rejoined in December and iam fully embracing it. Navigating the app tales a while and iam still learning this. But the work out bank and lives are brilliant alongside the programs. Looking forward to be able to complete one. Trainers seem to be on hand all the time. Which ia awesome.

I love how friendly the trainers are and how much they encourage me to put the work in. I feel so empowered after every workout. The fact I dont have to leave the house and still get a great workout in is amazing as I have three young children going to the gym isn't an option for me. I recommend RWL to everyone.

I've been with RWL for over a decade now. They've helped me stay active and healthy through two pregnancies and postpartum, lockdown, and now working full time with small children. Each program offers something different. I love that I can work out every day from home, consistently feel challenged and get the results I'm after. The RWL platform is excellent. I exercised a lot before and during my pregnancy but found it difficult and daunting to get started again after having my baby. There’s such a range of workouts available and knowing they are all tailored to post partum exercise is so reassuring. The set up and structure is excellent and means I can just jump in whenever I have a short chunk of time which makes working through the programme really easy. I’m looking forward to trying some of the other programmes and exercise types once I complete this.

I’ve gone from someone who for most of my life found exercise difficult and was inconsistent, to someone who has made it part of my lifestyle. It’s helped my mental health tremendously, and the best bit, is that I don’t need to leave the house, there are hundreds of workouts which are 30 mins long (perfect for my schedule) and all the trainers are absolutely fabulous and so much fun 🤩
I also need to add that the recipe bank is an added bonus and full of delicious meals. This App well and truly ticks all the boxes - I’ve tried other Apps, but this is by far the best. Thank you RWL for creating an amazing community and for consistently producing amazing workouts 🌟

Absolutely love this app. Such a great variety of workouts and trainers. I’ve dipped into many fitness apps over the years but this is the first one that I can feel myself sticking to forever! It has made me love exercise and make sustainable lifestyle changes. Would recommend to anybody!

This is the best app, there are so many different aspects to it, not just great workouts. Highly recommended to anyone who struggles to leave the house to exercise.

I've had the app for about 18 months however it's only this year I've made the most of it and seen the changes I've seen in my body. This has been done by following the plans and following the nutrition advice that is on the app. The period section I found so useful as now I use this to plan my workouts around my cycle. And the sleep stories are brilliant too!
There is so much variety that you can always find something to do and the fact that you can repeat programmes to increase weight, intensity etc
Being part of a community is so uplifting as well and it's a great space to people to share their feelings without any judgement.

I really enjoy the variety of recipes that you get with RWL. I am able to plan my meals for the whole day and add them to my planner to keep on top of my calorie intake, as well as adding my own ingredients where I need to.
The workout bank has lots of styles to choose from, dependent on what you feel like on the day, but I most enjoy the programmes. I love getting a new kettle bell achievement on completion.
I haven't had much weight to lose but I have managed to lose a few lbs and maintain this. I have been through surgical menopause and have found weight going on and on and I struggled to control that. RWL has made me see that it is possible. If I follow the habits I have created, I now have control of my weight and lifestyle again. I don't feel like RWL is a diet at all, it is a great tool to help with lifestyle changes, without feeling guilty for treats here and there.

Great online platform to achievable workout classes. I'm feeling fab!
