The trainers keep you motived even through pre recorded workouts or you can join lives if you would like the feel of a class from the comfort of your own home.
The challenges they set are great & the amount of workouts available means there's always lots to keep you focused and such a great variety to get your moving and it doesnt matter if your a beginner or someone looking for something more challenging, there's something for everyone.

I cannot recommend this company enough to people. I absolutely love this app. It has a huge variety of workouts, 2000+ recipes and then the community groups. It’s like minded women supporting other women on their fitness/healthy lifestyle journey. It’s made me accountable for my own workouts and keeps me on track with my weekly workouts and meal prepping. And it’s all done from the comfort of your own home 🤍

I’ve been a proud RWL member for over a year now, and in that time I’ve grown stronger, both physically and mentally. The variety of live workouts, programmes, and challenges constantly keeps me motivated and excited to move. I’m currently loving the 7-Day Challenge!
The recipe library is incredible and packed with so many delicious, nourishing recipes that make healthy eating enjoyable. I never feel like I’m stuck in a restrictive cycle, instead, I feel balanced, inspired and in control.
I’ve been fortunate enough to attend four RWL retreats so far, and each one has been truly life changing. It's my special and happy place, where my inner fire reignites and I feel completely alive and whole again. The retreats are pure magic. They are more than just a retreat. They’re an experience that allows me to reconnect with myself on a deeper level. Each time I discover a new version of me, one I’m genuinely proud of. I’m endlessly grateful for the journey that led me here and for the incredible RWL team who continue to inspire and support me. Two more retreats are already booked — and I can’t wait! RWL has some amazing programmes and really good workouts that can fit into a busy lifestyle, I am currently working full time including 2 days at uni and work to complete outside of this, RWL is flexible that the workouts can be completed whenever.

I love the recipes and the support from both the team and members. Definitely missed it in the year that I've not had the subscription.

Taking part in the mama rebuild prog which I saw advertised on social media. The programme is great and has given me a real boost in my confidence. The sessions are easy to follow and I could feel the difference within a matter of days. Highly recommend it.

I've been using this app for about 2months now and it's honestly been a game changer for me. I feel like I'm eating healthier with better food approach now after years of being on diet programmes. The recipe are my, family friendly and easy to make!

The biggest thing for me though has been that I've started exercising... and enjoying it!
I can feel a definite improvement in my mobility and joint pain and feel really good about that. There's so many workouts aimed at all different levels- you will always find something to suit you!

This app is amazing, from the fitness workouts, to the nutrition and recipes to the wellness section to the incredible community section where likeminded women come together to share their experiences and top tips!
The workouts are all the way from beginner to advanced so there is something for everyone! There are all sorts of workouts you can get involved in, Pilates, yoga, HIIT, LIIT! Cardio to strength to mobility… there is something for everyone!!
One of the best parts is the recipes section… there are sooo many different recipes that can fit into any diet or dietary needs! There’s a fab food tracker on there too to track your macros - so come and join this amazing community of incredible Insperational women!!!

I became a member of RWL about two years ago and wish I would have done it sooner. This is an app that is designed by women, for women of every stage of life, ability and aspiration. RWL has something for everyone - from workouts to nutrition, mindset training, menopause support to a highly engaged community that encourages and motivates.

One of the things I like most about RWL is the programmes. They take away the decision making process I used to spend too much time on - lower body or upper body? strength or cardio? With a programme, all you have to do is show up and hit play - the trainers tell you what to do. And working through a programme gives you a goal you want to accomplish.

Since joining RWL, I have changed the way I eat and exercise and I can see and feel the difference. I recommend RWL to all my friends, so very happy to recommend it to you! It is the best investment in you.

All the programmes can be redone or just left once complete and move on to the next programme.

I have been a member of RWL for 5.5 years and absolutely love it! I rarely exercised before and you would never find me in a gym but RWL gives me such a variety of workouts I have found those I love and am consistent in building healthy habits and doing my workouts building strength and mobility.

From a wide variety of workouts and structured plans to suit all fitness levels, to expert nutritional advice and an extensive library of recipes. After having my two children, now 3yr & 1.5yr old I completely felt like I had lost myself and was now just 'mum'. Pre-children, fitness and nutrition had been one of the things I really focused on and enjoyed and finding RWL meant I could try and get back to a version of 'me' again. I love the fact there is a supportive community of like-minded ladies there to boost you when you need it! The support I have found has been like no other!
I love that there is a wealth of recipes to choose from and step by step instructions, meaning I can meal prep in advance. The workouts are incredible, so much choice and fit into my schedule so easily. A 30 minute workout once the children have gone to bed is ideal for me.
I have said this before but I am so grateful I have found RWL. Thank you for the support and guidance to become the best version of me for myself and my family! 💕

RWL has been so amazing since I found it during lockdown. It manages everything from mindset to food to exercise and so much more. It's more than an exercise app, its a little community. I've not found any programmes that I dislike and there is so much to choose from, everything is easy to follow and the instructors are amazing, all of them. Cecila got me hooked then and now all the instructors are keeping me with this app. Im fitter now doing a workout in my garage and with a better mindset than when I actually went to a gym. 100% recommend

I bought the mama re build programme a while ago and kept putting it off but I am so glad I committed in the end- I did the 21 day programme in 25days which was good going for a busy mum of four in school holidays. My core is feeling so much stronger and my back and I can see ‘some’ definition emerging in my abs which is amazing!! Liked how they were only tens mins and now I want more! Thank you!

Awful company. Took money after the seven day trial. I decided it wasn’t for me when I couldn’t find the content advertised and the whole thing just felt scammy. Numerous emails back and forth where they only seemed only to be able to thank me for my “concerns’ and keep directing me back to an irrelevant paragraph in their T&Cs, despite legally being entitled to refund during the 14 day cooling off period for digital products.

The whole thing just feels money grabbing and for a company that claims to be caring and supportive of mothers, they did a brilliant job of taking my money and wasting my time, showing absolutely zero compassion. Definitely avoid, there are far more sleek and easy to follow post natal fitness programmes out there!
