Stay away. Bait and switch
Like others have stated and I should have read. I ordered a bottle it had listed for 160.62, it was charged to my card and said it would ship in a couple of days. after weeks I sent an email, it wasnt "answered" just a copy paste return that didnt answer any of my questions. The next day it said my order was coming but running late, the day after that I got an email saying they could not fill my order with the original supplier and to reorder, now its over 1000 dollars for the same exact bottle... and I will have to wait a week for the refund.

Inaccurate Advertised Pricing
Reserve bar advertises many bottles, such as "Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey," starting at $520. I emailed the company and asked which area and or vendor actually sells this bottle at this price, and they refused to provide me with the information. I have tried zip codes in all 50 states but have not found the bottle for under $750. If ReserveBar.com advertises something on its site and cannot provide the source or access to the stated price, that seems dishonest, and being a third party is not an excuse for not being able to explain the pricing shown on its own site. This appears to be a false bait to get people on the site to show a higher price to the customer when their zip code is entered. At the very least, it is an actively ignorant record of their own vendors, which I don't think is the case and certainly not an excuse.

We appreciate you reaching out, Micah! I apologize for any confusion. As our team mentioned, we work with hundreds of retailers across the United States who fulfill orders and product availability and pricing vary by an exact address.
I can assure you the 'starting at' price is not a bait and switch practice, but will show the lowest price across all retailers if a delivery address is not entered. When an address is entered, our algorithm will display the selected retailer and their price.
Looking into this further, it seems the $520 price is pulling from an inventory feed that should not be active in our system. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so our Tech Team can take the next step to fix any issues!

Meagan G. is the best. She worked with me to find a difficult to find bourbon without the extremely high secondary markup. Had found out that the service didn't ship to my home state but we were able to find a suitable alternative. Reserve Bar has made me a new loyal customer.
