Checked out a bottle of Redbreast 27 year old which I own. Their price €1580. Same bottle available in reliable Irish suppliers for €600 max, average €570. When I queried the huge price difference I was sent down the online rabbit hole. Pure con job.

My Wife ordered a bottle of rum in early December '25 from this appalling firm as a Christmas present. Despite assurances it would arrive in time for Christmas it never did. And despite repeated assurances it would eventually arrive sometime in January, then February, they then did not reply to any further contact. I have now enlisted the help of my credit card supplier to get a refund.

They have given themselves a really fitting name. Because the prices they charge are borderline criminal if you ask me

I requested a rare bottle of Scotch Whisky from their website on 12/10/25. They accepted full payment without any problems! However, several weeks later they claimed the bottle arrived damaged and they were unable to provide a replacement. After 2-3 more weeks of refusing replacements, credit offers, etc, they finally agreed to refund my credit card in 7-10 business days. That was over 1 month ago. Customer service claims they don't know anything and that the manager who agreed to the refund isn't available. NEVER USE CASK CARTEL!!!!

Never but never order form this company after more than a month and I never received my order so I have to deal with American Express for the charge. Be aware DO NOT ORDER NEVER EVER FROM THIS COMPANY

This has been one of the worst and most unprofessional experiences I have had with a company. We placed an order and waited several months for delivery. When the item finally arrived, it was damaged and missing parts.

We were then informed that the bottle was missing accessories and that a partial refund of $50 had been issued — despite the fact that the item arrived incomplete and damaged. We requested to return the item for a full refund, which was refused.

The company claims we agreed to accept the bottle without accessories, yet the product was not delivered in acceptable condition. Refusing a return after delivering a damaged and incomplete item is unacceptable.

Very disappointing service and extremely poor customer care. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. i wished i read the reviews before ordering.

Don't order from this company. After sending me the wrong item, they tried to convince me it was the correct item repackaged (really? both items were still for sale on their website, difference prices, packaging, and contents). They dragged their feet about any kind of refund or replacement until I finally insisted on a paid return address form. I shipped the items back to them - during which time they sent me a satisfaction survey! You can imagine how I responded to that - and I had to contact them twice before they would acknowledge receipt and refund the cost onto my credit card. They offered me $25 off my next order from them. Ha! I would never order from this company again under any circumstances..

ordered some tequila for a family member for Christmas. The order has never been shipped. Sent out 6 emails to them wanting a refund but they give me the run around like it is going to ship in two days. We will follow up with you within 24 hours and nothing is done. Do not order from this company at all. I reported them to the BBB trying to get my money back.

Horrible company. Do not buy from them. They take months to ship you your prepaid order and when they make a mistake they will not offer you a cancellation, a return or an exchange.
The absolute worst customer service ever.

I order a tequila bottle more than a year ago. Till today I have yet to receive the bottle. They don’t respond to my messages or emails. They are terrible at customer service. Had I seen reviews before the purchase I’d never would’ve order from them!

I placed my order on December 1st for Christmas. Nothing arrived and no email explaining why. I have called and emailed the company numerous times since requesting a refund. It is now January 12th no refund or product and I get the run around when I call. I am beginning to think this company is a scam.

If you buy from these guys then you only have yourself to blame. They have no office. No telephone number that is valid or gets answered and they claim to have 33,000 things in stock yet no outlet to sell from.
Their products are 10x RRP and it is the stupidest alcohol buying scam ever. Buy 6 they send you 1. Buy an expensive one you get a cheap one and excuses. There isn’t a way in which they have some products they claim or can obtain them either. You’re paying money into a hole if you hand any over.

I ordered a case of wine. You sent 1 bottle of wine and charged for a case

Been waiting for 3 months for a $900 bottle of alcohol and then ordered and advent calendar which has not shipped for two weeks. If you email they ignore, if you call, it says you have called "after hours" no matter what time of the day you call and of course the message does not give you the right hours to call during.

These people are thieves. Ordered a bottle of scotch. They took the money immediately. 2 months pass with no news or no bottle. I request a refund. They offer me another bottle of scotch which I refuse and ask again for the refund. They respond no problem we will issue the refund and it will be received in 7-10 days. No refund ever received. I call customer service and they tell me they can’t help me and the refund is a management decision. That was 4 days ago. Absolute scam

Ordered a nice bottle of whiskey for my dad's 80th birthday present. A week went by with 0 updates. Finally get an update that a partner retailer is shipping it. Then the wrong bottle (and a much cheaper one at that...) gets delivered.

Honestly, it is really great!! The variety as well as the service amazing. I was hesitant but once I was reached out by one of the representatives due to my hesitation I got a discount which I asked for if possible and great support. The only thing is the shipping cost apart from that the product came very well packaged, and in a prestine condition. And the shipping was Fast!

I ordered and paid for 2 bottles of Cockspur Rum, $149.99 per bottle on website. When the rum came, it was the $19.99 bottles, entry level rum. I wrote to them, took pictures and explained the mistake. After a MONTH they told me that Cockspur had CHANGED LABELS, and I received what I ordered. I went on Cockspur’s website and confirmed the had not changed labels. I offered to return the rum for a refund- no response. These people are crooks. Don’t do business with them. THEIR website shows the bottles I received with the $19.99 price. RIPOFF ARTISTS…

Cask Cartel is not to be trusted, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Ordered whisky for a christmas gift, they never sent it, refused to refund. Got my credit card company involved & they back charged Cast Cartel.

While delivery took a bit longer than I expected, the customer service from Taylor and Rhyn was truly outstanding. They kept me informed, addressed all my questions promptly, and ensured my order arrived in perfect condition. Overall, a very positive experience—I’d recommend them.
