I ordered a supplier didnt get an email said nowhere it was digital and just found out no refunds! Dont order here you said i would get an e-mail but even that you couldn’t do what a disgrace!

All our suppliers are digital products and are delivered immediately via e-mail after purchase. This is stated on our website. In most cases, the e-mail arrives within minutes. We strongly advise customers to check their spam/junk folder, as our emails sometimes end up there.
If you did not receive the email, you can always contact us directly at resellsuite@gmail.com and we will resend your purchase immediately. We are always willing to help.
Regarding refunds: as clearly stated in our terms, digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Le site ne mentionne pas que se sont de sproduits digitaux ou physiques !!! Les sois disant produits digitaux ne servent a rien, ils vous envoient juste un mail avec votre commande mais cela ne mene a rien, aucun lien pour rentabiliser l'argent que vous avez depensé!!! Il faudrait leur coller un procès, je viens de perdre 50€. Je pensais acheter des vetements car il n'est spécidié nulle part que c'est du digitale je rapelle et tout ce que je recois apres avoir envoyer plusieurs mail ce sont des googles docs sur comment vendre? C'est une blague...

We strongly disagree with this review and would like to clarify several incorrect statements.
The Resell Suite does not sell clothing, except for our Mystery Boxes, which are the only physical products on our website and are clearly described as such. All other products we sell are digital suppliers, and this is explicitly stated:
• in the product title,
• in the product description,
• and in our policies.
After purchase, digital products are delivered instantly by email, which is exactly what happened in this case. Receiving an email with access to documents and guidance is the intended and correct delivery method for a digital product.
Claiming that the website does not mention whether products are digital or physical is simply false. Customers are responsible for reading product descriptions before purchasing. No misleading information is used at any point.
We also do not guarantee profit. Our suppliers and guides are tools and information, not “get rich quick” schemes. Success depends on the buyer’s effort, skills, and execution, which is clearly stated.
Calling this a scam because the product did not meet personal expectations is unfair and inaccurate. If there was genuine confusion, we invite the customer to contact us politely at resellsuite@gmail.com, and we are always open to resolving issues professionally.
Spreading false accusations such as threats of legal action is unnecessary and does not reflect the facts.
