They deceive you with suppliers
I ordered some perfumes a while ago. They treated me like I was buying a physical product, and I even provided my address. Then I found out I'd bought from suppliers, not the actual product. I asked them what happened, and they didn't even respond. They should make this much clearer. I understand it's in the description, but even so, especially with all the reviews about this, they should improve and take their work seriously, because in business, customers come first. It's a shame; I had high hopes for them. Honestly, I don't feel hate, more like pity; this supplier seemed really good.

I then received the pathetic scam email telling me I should have read the product description and that I have only bought access to digital suppliers.
The inclusion of the option to select a size is, in my view, contrary (and is criminal) to the trades description act. I shall be taking this further
