Ricky was so helpful and professional, and he made everything clear and easy to understand. His timely emails and messages made the whole process a joy to take part in. I'd highly recommend Research-helper to anyone.

I found the whole experience of taking part in this research to be enjoyable and straightforward. My contact was Ricky and he communicated everything I needed to know in a clear, friendly, effective and very professional way. It was a pleasure taking part and I look forward to being involved in future research with this organisation.

I was more than happy with all aspect of this research ...even when I mucked up the connection.I enjoyed doing it and everyone was very helpful and professional.

My own experience with Research Helper has been brilliant! Ricky was the person I liaised with, and i have to say he was an absolute star! He came across as very friendly, informative, and down to earth. This made the whole process reassuringly simple. I love knowing that my thoughts and ideas are being listened to.
Thank you for the opportunity.

I've done previous research with these guys a few times m and I'm a researcher for many other companies too. Ricky and his team have always been some of the best at communicating and paying swiftly

My experience was interesting, I was pleased my opinion was listened to. This was a relaxed session, that put me at ease. Thank you to the research helper. It was fully clear before hand what the reasearch was about, overall a great experience.

Always helpful and straightforward surveys undertaken and prompt payout.

Recently did a video survey, testing a product with the Cabinet Office which was arranged by Research Helper and Ayda. I was paid within minutes of the research ending which is weeks faster than their main competitors. My only complaint is that there aren't even more people doing research through them that I could apply for.

Great experience. Everything was smooth, nice and easy. Differently to other research websites they take it seriously from start to finish, and they pay what they say.

The experience was great they were very helpful and kept in touch on the day of research and paid me straight away looking forward to the next research with them

Very helpful and straightforward instructions. The payment was good as well.
