Payment Not Received!
I completed a 70 minute market research study and was told I would get an email about payment the same day. That never arrived, so I rang, emailed, text, and sent a DM. I had one email saying they would look into it, yet two days later I still haven't been paid and don't know if I will now.
Terrible customer service. I would never give my time to them again

Great research recruiter was competent and prolific

I had Asma recruit me and she was very good and efficient. Payment was sent directly.

Very professional company, kept informed at all times via email and the researchers made me feel comfortable and were lovely. Payment received less than an hour after completing the session. highly recommended

Received clear communication from the start, with all links that I needed. The research was over microsoft teams. The researcher Asima? made me feel at ease and explained and talked through everything and made me feel that my comments were valuable. I received my incentive within couple of mins of completing the research.

The whole process was very straightforward. Very friendly researcher from the client company put me at ease. Incentive payment paid promptly
