I recently rented a car from this company and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the price was very reasonable, the car was in decent condition and well-suited to Georgia’s roads, and the rental desk is conveniently located inside the arrivals terminal at Tbilisi airport. I also appreciated the thorough pre-rental checks to document any existing damage. However, there were a few downsides. No staff were present for either pick-up or drop-off (admittedly outside regular hours), and I had to call and wait around 20 minutes for someone to arrive. The car was not properly cleaned before pick-up — including a used tissue left in the back seat. Most disappointing was being asked, on the day of return, to clean the car myself at my own expense. This request was not in the contract, and when I returned the car unwashed, the staff attempted to deduct money from my deposit. After a lengthy 30-minute disagreement, the issue was eventually resolved, but the whole situation felt unprofessional. I’ve never encountered anything like this in years of international car rentals. The car itself was fine, but the customer service and unclear expectations left a lot to be desired.
