They sent me a completely different article of clothing than what was advertised. They do not even look similar. Their website advertised 100% cotton, but what I received was 95% polyester, 5% spandex. Now their support team is telling me they don't see any issue.

They said my order couldn’t be delivered bc I provided an incorrect address. That’s not true I then went and spoke to the logistics company and they showed where they informed them that my package was damaged. Now I have no package and no money and they’re saying I can’t get a refund because I provided an incorrect address. Which is false. Anyone want to start a class action lawsuit?

Ich habe bei Renkingstreet eine Unisex-Jacke in Größe 2XXL (rosa) bestellt.
Geliefert wurde jedoch eine Jacke, die nach den auf der Website veröffentlichten Maßen einer Größe S entspricht.

Ich habe den Mangel umgehend reklamiert und Fotos mit Maßband als Nachweis geschickt.
Die Antwort des Kundenservices war, dass alle Produkte geprüft seien und ich die Jacke auf eigene Kosten zurückschicken müsse, um eine Erstattung zu erhalten.

Die angegebene Rücksendeadresse befindet sich in Guangzhou, China.
Ein Rücksendeetikett wird nicht gestellt, die internationalen Versandkosten trägt vollständig der Käufer.

Wichtiger Hinweis für Käufer:
Der Shop erweckt den Eindruck, in England ansässig zu sein. Die Rückabwicklung erfolgt jedoch nach China, was mit hohen Kosten verbunden ist und den Warenwert leicht übersteigen kann.

Für mich ist diese Lösung nicht kundenfreundlich.
Ich rate potenziellen Käufern, sich dessen vor einer Bestellung bewusst zu sein.

It's not a scam infact it's real I just got my Kuma jacket and ITS AMAZING!! It's soft and it keeps you warm so yeah it's safe to buy from here you guys just need to be patient!

I paid nearly £70 and what I received was absolutely horrendous poorly made and nothing like the website. I’ve emailed to try and request a refund and to send them back. Total waste of money!

Absolutely horrific.
Recieved the wrong Items and Quantity of products.
They want me to pay for shipping back to china for the wrong Shipment.

Item that I received has nothing to do with the item that is advertised on the sellers webpage. It is advertised as heavy cotton but what we received has nothing to do with cotton, pure plastic. I complained straight away but the seller is asking me to pay minimum £25 return shipment for an item that is fake.

After a week without any updates about my order I tried to cancel it. The "support" said that my order has been shipped and there is no way of cancelling it but I can get my money back if I return the order. It has been few weeks and they stopped responding to my emails, there is no package in sight. So I basically can't cancel it because it "has been shipped", I can't return it because I don't have it and I have no way of contacting with the shop. SCAMMERS 100%

My name is Yulia. On November 5, 2025, I bought a jacket on the RenkinStreet website, costing 68.89€ (free delivery). When I got the jacket, it looked completely different from the photos on the website.
There were no stamps on the shoulders of the jacket, as in the original, and they were also not on the back. The pockets did not close, while the original had beautiful fasteners. My jacket is plain inside. At the same time, other products still have photos with lining (the inner side of the product).

The seller said that I should send them the product and then he will send me the entire amount, but delivery to China costs 40€, (more than half), so it doesn't make much sense. I refused, then he offered me to keep this product and offered me 13€. Naturally, the price is incomparable with what I spent - almost 70€. This site RenkinStreet sells fakes!

Когда я получила куртку она выглядела совершенно по другому чем фотографии на сайте .На плечах куртки не было русунков ,как в оригинале и также их не было на спине.Карманы не закрывались , тогда как у оригилала были красивые застежки. При этом , оригинальная куртка с внутренней стороны имеет яркую подкладку с рисунком .Моя куртка внутри однотонная . Когда я обратилась к продавцу что изделие совершенно не соответстует тому, что мне прислали , он тут же удалил с сайта фотографию с подкладкой ,чтоб я больше не могла ее сравнить .При этом у других изделий фотографии с подкладкой(внутренней стороны изделия) остались.
Продавец сказал что я должна отправить им изделие и тогда он отправит мне всю сумму,но доставка в Китай стоит 40€ , (больше чем половина),поэтому это не имеет особого смысла.Я отказалась, тогда он предложил мне оставить это изделие и предложил мне 13€ . Естественно цена несравнимая с тем, что я потратила-почти 70€. Это сайт с подделками!

Accidentally placed an order and tried to cancel immediately... Nothing but a bot reply... I email again NOTHING for 4 days and they say they already shipped.... I asked for a tracking number... You wouldn't believe me when I say that I once again received no reply. I know I'm not going to get anything from this order and I didn't even want it in the first place. 130 bucks down the drain. I ordered $300 worth of clothes and I haven’t read the reviews until now but the tracking app (17Track) says it’s been “delivered” 10 days ago but I have never received the order. I’ve emailed the company and they’ve told me to return the order to get a full refund. I just want the clothes, if I wanted to do a return and refund I wouldn’t be able to since I have even received the order. It’s a bad company and it’s not a real clothing company. It’s all a scam.

A scam, the quality is horrible. I payed 54$ for trousers that would cost 5 on temu, because that's exactly the quality.
It took a month to be shipped, the clothes smell weird and embarrassing to wear. I can't express how mad and hurt I am.

Jeans (for my son) are nothing like pictured and because it took weeks for them to get back to us on the rerun address and they are located on china I will not be able to get return back with in the 30 day time period. Total scam. It also costs half the price of the item to return. I’m going to send back anyway and see if they do the right thing.

Complete scam, do not waste your money on there bullshit it looks nothing like what they show

RenkinStreet is a scam anime brand! Do not buy from them! They steal videos from real anime clothing brands to use in their ads, then disable comments so no one can expose them.

Fake bot company that makes cheap 100% polyester knock offs of popular clothes

Quality and size was not an advertised. The main problem is that I have been trying to return my item for weeks, but all I get is a bot saying the same thing over and over again.

scammers, find true artists they stole images and videos from, they will dropship you fake screenprinted versions of what they think you want for a premium price

Absolutely appalled! I don’t normally fall for scam sites but was sent a link to buy some specific jeans for someone’s birthday and thought it had already been vetted. I wish whole heartedly I’d still checked. What they sent is absolutely nothing like what was ordered and their ‘after sales customer service’ (if you can call it that) just send generic emails about their return policy. That policy states the buyer must pay for returns and they will review the item on return before they refund you. What’s the betting you don’t get the refund? Their policy also says if the item is damaged that the buyer doesn’t need to pay for freight but this gets completely ignored when emailing them. I have reported through my bank and it’s being investigated but please, avoid this company at all costs!!
