unübersichtlich und ungewollt Abo abgeschlossen
Steht überall erst, dass es "free" ist.. dann für das Bild was ich gebraucht habe 1 Euro gezahlt - ist ja ok.... aber paar Tage später werden fast 40 Euro abgebucht, weil ich anscheinend ein Abo aktiviert hab.
So etwas ist mir echt das erste Mal passiert. Finde es sehr unprofessionell und unübersichtlich, da ich definitiv kein Abo abschließen wollte und das auch nirgends deutlich ersichtlich war.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding or possibly even a mix-up with a different service provider, as we do not offer any kind of “1 credit purchase” that automatically turns into a subscription. Our system doesn't allow for a single credit to convert into a plan on its own, and all subscriptions must be actively selected and confirmed by the user.
We’ve seen a few similar cases recently where customers accidentally confused our platform with another one offering a similar service but operating on a completely different website and pricing model.
To make sure we can help you properly and clarify whether this was actually our service or another provider, we would really appreciate it if you could reach out to our support team directly at support@remove.bg. We’re happy to take a closer look and make sure everything is clear and transparent.

Absolument décevant. Les résultats sont nickels et jusque-là c'était facilement un 5/5 mais depuis peu vous réduisez la qualité des images pendant le process et vous nous faites payer pour obtenir la qualité originale. À la place vous pourriez juste upscale l'image et facturer ça. Nous rendre une image dans la qualité d'origine c'est le minimum.

Unbelievable
Unbelievable and sad at the same time. Until yesterday it was a tool that I liked and used often. Now I see that there was an "update" through which remove.bg has now jumped on the monetization bandwagon. The quality that is offered for free is abysmal; the images are so distorted that they are unusable. It is so absolutely unnecessary to charge money for the service of removing the background of images. In the long run, this will not be worthwhile for the company behind remove.bg. This company should be deeply ashamed of its greed for money.

Dishonest company do not buy anything from them
Dishonest company with their subscription like another review said. They are refusing to respond to my complaints. They are refusing to refund my £16 as I haven’t even used any credits since buying it. I keep chasing up for my money every day and they are only trying refund me half of the money. Whatever you do, do not subscribe to their subscription they are scammers.

That is absolutely UNFAIR. I've payed 39€ to get 200 credits and I had to cancel my subscription as I wasn't using all of them and the credits left are no longer on my account anymore!!! 39€ wasted!!!

C’est une réelle arnaque ! Faites attention car ils prélèvent les 39 euros et il n’y a pas de rétractation ! Très délicat quand on est pas fortuné. Aucun signe d’humanité dans leurs réponses. Je suis vraiment trop déçu de ce type de service. Ça ne devrait pas exister…

THE BEST for removing backgrounds and even erasing parts of images too. The quality is amazing and bar none, I’ve been using it for app icons mainly but would definitely use it for other things.

Family first
I had to quit my job to care for a family member. Without income, I had to cancel my subscription. The team at remove.bg was able to help me so as to not lose all the credits I had purchased. I am very grateful for their support.
