Remotlys Arvostelua

We enjoyed our stay. The location was very central and perfect for visiting the city. The street and neighborhood are lovely with great pub, restaurant, and entertainment options, but quiet enough to sleep comfortably. Would stay again.

Beds were very comfortable; location was great - five-minute walk to the tube station, and plenty of close options for pubs and eating. The room was spacious and airy, with windows on three sides. Kitchen was convenient, the entry hall was freshly painted, and generally the space was very clean. The host was super-responsive.

No tuvimos una buena experiencia. No anduvo wifi en toda la semana que estuvimos. Le falta mantenimiento al lugar. No condicen las fotos con lo que es realmente el lugar . Los pisos de madera muy ruidosos . La cortina de baño se caía.

Wonderfully appointed apartment with all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets very close by. For business stays, there is a well laid out desk with two screens which is a great help to avoid keep squinting at the laptop!

DONT STAY HERE! Complete scam the pictures are so edited and must have been long ago, the only truth in the advertisement is the location, besides that the accommodation was filthy I couldn’t even bare to sit anywhere or use any facilities, asked for a cleaner to be sent immediately nothing was done as we arrived at 6pm we couldn’t find any accommodation near by but in the morning when I hadn’t heard from the owner when the cleaners were coming I got up early and went to check out every hotel near by to see if they could check us in as the layer of dust was so thick in there and don’t get me started of the kitchenette or the bathroom, hair everywhere in the drain clumps on the floor, I had booked 3 nights and in the morning once I found an alternative accommodation I spoke to the owner to inform him because no cleaners had been sent I am checking out and would like a refund for the remaining 2 nights he said to me he will only give 1 night as it was going to be hard to get another guest to fill the accommodation on short notice! How terrible that he would try scam another guest to stay in that filth as no cleaners were still even sent by 5pm!!! So imagined if we had stayed, we would have had to stay a second night in filth and instead of admitting their error they happily kept our money for two nights even though we only stayed 1 night out of lack of options and not being on the streets of London after flying for 24 hours from Australia exhausted we stayed the one night. Do not trust Remotlys they care more about money then their guests and their responsibility to offer a clean safe accommodation their standards are so low, I am genuinely shocked by people’s reviews as I was misled to book here so hopefully I save another person from wasting their money. Edit: I am talking about their Earls court cosy apartment

We stayed four nights in the apartment. It's located in Hyde Park and has an elevator and a balcony which is uncommon in Europe. It's centrally located, across the street from Queensway underground and 1 block from Bayswater underground station so you can reach any place in London with ease. It is only one block away from Hyde Park. There were stores and restaurants also within walking distance so I loved the location 10/10. My main issue was that the apartment was advertised as a 2 bedroom and 2 bath but it only had one full bath and a toilet room. The host responded quickly and gave us a 10% refund for the wrong description of the apartment. Air bnb had the correct description of a 2bed/1.5bath, so it was a booking.com mistake. There is a lock box outside the apartment with the keys and you have to close the front door of the apartment with the key, so if you are travelling in a group, you must stay together at all times. I know this is common in Europe but a Key pad would be more convenient. Also the washer dryer combo unit was not working properly because the dryer function did not work and we had to leave with wet clothes. I noticed that other guests had commented on the dryer not working properly. The apartment was well stocked with kitchen utensils, microwave, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer but did not feel very clean, it was somewhat outdated. All in all, I liked the place but you need to be aware that there is only 1.5 baths.

The location of the apartment was excellent. However, I felt that some furnishings were missing. A small two-seater sofa could have been placed in front of the bed, as there was not enough comfortable seating in the apartment. The attic area was also very hot, so having air conditioning would have made the stay much more comfortable. In addition, the stairs were quite steep and narrow. On the positive side, the apartment had been recently renovated and was clean and well maintained. The host was also very responsive, easy to reach, and helpful throughout our stay.

Nice flat with the basics required for a stay in London. Clean. Easy walk to High Street Kensington. Great bus links. Required some prompting for entry details. But responsive to questions and rapid replies. Would stay again

Situated right in the center of London, well connected to the tubes. Check-in was easy and owner responded quickly to questions

Excellent stay - great area, and lots of space in the place. This was my second stay here - will happily stay again!

This apartment is in a lovely quiet street, yet very close to Gloucester Road tube station and South Kensington which has great shopping and eating opportunities. The apartment is well furnished and has all the amenities needed for a stay in the city. It’s a great spot - I am so glad I discovered this property and am sure I will try to stay there again!

The flat is located 3 mins walk away from Gloucester Road, a beautiful and safe area. The flat itself is stunning and it looked even better than in pictures, it really exceeded my expectations. Clean, with loads of natural light coming in and very spacious.

Very nice and big appartement, I never had such a comfortable Location in London before and the communication with the owner was perfect.

Well equiped and well located appartment.
The host was very nice and very reactive.

La ubicación, las instalaciones , Marijana y su equipo , todo excelente! Sin dudas volveríamos y recomendaríamos!
El departamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos e incluso más lindo. Es súper amplio y cómodo!

Had a great experience staying in Remotlys Kensignton location. Central locaiton, well-connected, walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants.

Perfect area, nice apartment.
A few little buts missing to make it perfect-
More hangers 5 isn’t enough for two people for 5 days.
Somewhere to hang your coats.
Extremely dusty under the side tables of the bed and other top areas.
No hooks in the bathroom.
Cutlery was dirty and bathroom could have been cleaner.
