Called a Rep to purchase a Tranny for a 2019 F-150. On 9/2/25 they told me they had it in stock. Gave me the rundown about the core. I asked rep to call me today at 10A EST so that I could purchase. Didnt call. I called today at 1030. A different rep told me that they several HAVE IT IN STOCK BUT WILL TAKE 90 DAYS TO BUILD IT.

Hello from ReMan Transmission. Although we have it listed as available on our website. We actually just flat out lie to you because it will take ONLY 95 days to build. There is no need to call us if you would like this transmission now....& no we dont need to tell customers the truth. It would also be too much of a hassle on our end to list that pertinent information on the item. & no we dont particually care that you've spent money with us before!

Screwed customer-downright horrible experience. Have been eyeing this trannys for months.

Shelly is amazing!!! I have called several times over the past 6 months and each time i have been told that you don't have this or that or that you don't do Jeep Transmissions any more at all... Turns out all of that was bologna. Shelly not only found the part I was looking for and got it on the way she was also able to look up the items from the past that yall "don't do or have anymore" so turns out you all still do awesome stuff you just need more Shelly and less lazy sales reps....

My rep was like talking to a good friend.... He was very helpful didn't treat me like I was stupid when I made a mistake....

The transmission is working great. I only have about 150 miles on it so far, but everything checks out.

So far it was easy to get it purchased. We will see how long it takes to get it. Then but hopefully not we will see how we'll they warranty. Ill probably leave another review once its installed and how we'll it all works

After a few calls to Jay, who was extremely helpful and patient, I called him a few minutes ago to place my order for a remanufactured transmission for 2016 Honda Odyssey to be shipped to a local transmission workshop in Atlanta.
He told me that the reman transmission will ship by the of this week (today is Monday) and that it should be delivered by mid next week.
Jay told me that this unit has a 5-year warranty and unlimited mileage.
The price was significantly less that the price that was quoted by the local shop for the same unit sourced directly from Honda with only a 3-year, 36000 mile warranty.

His customer service was fantastic and I hope the transmission operates at the same level as Jay's customer service!

Would do zero stars if an option.
Purchased a 2700 dollar transmission that would not go over a ant hill because it doesn't down gear. Paid my mechanic 1100 dollars to install only to Find out it was faulty im now into it 3800. Only to find out bad trans.
The warranty only pays 50 dollars an hour for the reinstall and I'm on the hook for the rest.
Scam artist or just my bad luck to get a totally shitty transmission. I don't these these guys test just send you out a hunk of steel and hope it works and if not no worries you'll pay for the rei stall or most of it anyway. Doesn't matter what the warranty says, car failed the first days of being installed. I don't know of any mechanic who charges 50 dollars an hour in 2025 maybe 20 years ago.
Stay away and find a local mechanic to rebuild.
