The support and service for my CPAP supplies is outstanding! When I ordered a new CPAP product, Reliable Respiratory sent a technician to my home to explain the new system and how to use it. I never received such great support from other providers. I am notified via e-mail whenever it is time for new supplies, and these are delivered securely and quickly by mail. I heartily recommend Reliable Respiratory to others!!

Initial supply of equipment inadequate and the person delivering equipment was nice but he did not have all the supplies.

Placed my first order for supplies in December. February now and still have not received anything. No contact from them on issues or delays. APRIA never treated me like this!

When I am ordering supplies they are great, but when I called to say I don't think the mask is fitting correct on my face, the response was I don't have an option for a fitting. If the mask is not sitting correctly on my face then the CP as p process is not working. If it's not working my health is at risk. And I don't think you get that.

Just one phone call and all my supplies arrived promptly at my door! The operator had all my information, nothing for me to try and remember.

Was waiting on a new plastic heater container that I still have not received

I was told that my replacement CPAP equipment would be covered by insurance after an initial payment and an acceptable level of use for about 10 days. I keep getting billed for the replacement mask etc. My new order will not ship because of an outstanding balance that I thought was a billing error. Repeated calls to customer service only produced voicemail messages. Those messages were returned but the representative left only a voicemail. My former CPAP provider did not cost nearly as much as Reliable I will be contacting my PCP and Dr. Muppana to register my complaints

rightnow I think your customer service is very bad, Being put on a CUE is useless as it always says CUE1 . Mine hasn;t been working for a week and I can get no help from you. I have been waiting for a call fro 2 days. If you don;t take care of this problem I will have to look for help as I need this equipment to work for my health. Please advise .Pauline Dalesio.

The co.is extremely helpful however I personally have iss.w anything on or nr my face or neck head area so will NOT. N using c-pap !!!!

they work with you, I'm really bad with scheduls and time. I work nights and they were quick to get me what I order and have been very good with customer service. 😃

The person who answers the phone in Norwood, Diane, is extremely helpful and prompt. Supplies are delivered in a timely fashion. The respiratory therapists, however, are unreliable, hurried, and don’t seem interested in helping. My experience with Tonya was the exception

Sometimes they are difficult to contact. It took a long time to correct one of my fit-test issues. I am okay at this time and use my CPAP about 50% or the time!

I did like the person that first trained me on how to use the device and the woman who followed up on my mask fit and face-seal.
