Reliable Respiratory has been responsible for ensuring that I get supplies for my CPAP machine for some years and has always been more than Reliable. They have been proactive in keeping me posted on timing and follow-up, they have been very helpful in transmitting the readings from my machine to my doctor in a timely fashion and also in helping me make adjustments to my machine's settings without my having to bring my CPAP machine to their office or needing to arrange for a technician to come to my house.

So I'm quite pleased with the service that Reliable has been providing me and anticipate continuing to have them service my machine for as long as I need it.

Always very helpful on the phone. Orders are processed quickly and efficiently.

Early on, we had a few problems with me changing the original payment plan I had chosen. It took two payment cycles to sort out. Once that was done, it was all smooth sailing. They have always been professional and nice, but we kept butting heads over me paying them more up front for smaller monthly payments, which was oddly one of the original options they gave me. I chose the other option, only because I thought I couldn't budget for the one-time huge payment, but when I found I could, I called them well before pickup to change it to that option. Somehow, it kept going wrong.

They are awesome to deal with. Very professional and they follow thru without my having to call them. They call me when it's time for new supplies. If I could give them 10 stars I would. My previous company was horrible as it took them several years before I heard from them. I highly recommend Reliable Respiratory.

From the first time I had called Reliable Respiratory I have had nothing but good things to say. They answered all my questions and explained everything in detail so that I would understand. The delivery's arrived as they said they would, ordering my oxygen bottle's were more than easy. They helped me to make my trip to Florida with oxygen, I will be back to Massachusetts in 60 days and will deal with Reliable Respiratory as soon as I get home. I never give anyone 5 stars because I feel there is always room for improvements.

My Sim card results were not sent in a timely fashion for my health care provider to view so I switched companies. I am trying the nasal pillow instead of the mask used prior, so needed a bit of hands on fitting. I asked a few questions about care which were answered knowledgeably.

I have required a CPAP for roughly 25 years. CPAP supply companies I have had the past have been unreliable and difficult to get supplies from. My first CPAP supply company lost my files and had no idea who I was. I received my new machine through Spalding hospital after I became a quadriplegic. Reliable Respiratory delivered it, set it up and demonstrated its use. When supplies were eligible for replacement they contacted me directly. I had a problem with one of the masks and they shipped me a different style immediately and let me know when it was shipped and when it arrived. Best customer service I have had yet.
