Woudnt even give 1 star.

They have had my.parcel for 8 days, no update and have not even responded to 3 emails asking where it is.

Not sure why they have not gone into administration with such poor service.

Very bad service. First complaint I took a parcel to Relay shop on 11 October in the evening about 9.30pm. The shop assistant place a sticker on my parcel and scanned it and I received notification. The next morning the 12 October no sign or email of Relay Tracking number. I went back to the relay shop 3 times and asked them to check their cctv so they can see if they can obtain the tracking reference. No help from the shop whatsoever so 7 Pink cd Singles and album missing and when I email Relay customer service not even no explanation. The second complaint another parcel collected by Relay courier on 13 October for a delivery in London . On 28 October because the buyer messaged me for an update notification. On 28 October at 04:34:20 notified lost in transit and for myself to contact Vinted. If all parcels are tracked then how come parcel is missing and why should I have to contact Vinted. Vinted didn't pick up the parcel Relay driver did so are you properly vetting your drivers because you are advertising so long you got a van. Buyers and sellers should not used Relay until they get their act together. Every parcel should be checked list before collecting and dropping off and the checklist thoroughly checked at main depot. No parcels should be going missing if doing your job properly.

Terrible service. They had my package in their possession for just under a week with no attempts of delivery. They exceeded their delivery due date and failed to update me about anything. Finally got my package days after the delivery due date. Appalling customer service

The delivery driver didn’t even knock at the door or press the ring doorbell , left it on the doorstep where everyone could see it , on his way out left the gate wide open !!!! We shouted him to inform him to close the gate and at least knock on the door the delivery driver just walked off and never even spoke !!! Relay get your act together for gods sake the experience is shocking

I have blacklisted relay courier services through Shein .. had three parcels two were lates by a few days relay was slow then when they FINALLY turned up to deliver they only gave me two parcels yet made out three had been delivered.
I contacted them to complain their response was all parcels had been delivered my reply was to send them the three photos they sent me one of my front door not the 3rd parcel at all plus the video proof from my ring door bell that showed him photographing 2 packages only.
Keep your proof photos and video doorbell as also as it makes them jump for sure now my supposedly already delivered parcel is out for delivery again this afternoon. Don't let them get away with theft.

Ordered a parcel from Vinted, the delivery company Relay was used. The parcel was a week late and when it did arrive the item had been ripped out of the sealed packaging and posted through the letterbox. I have a video of the man who delivered the empty bag and he even took a photo of the bag for his proof that he posted it!! Both my partner and I were in at the time of posting but he didnt knock on the door he just continued with his crime!

Dreadful. I don’t know how it was an option for my buyer to pick on Vinted, but it’s now deleted and I will never use again. 23 days now and expect it’s lost/stolen with a very disappointed customer.

Had seen lots of negative reviews about Relay so was quite worried I had chosen them for my Vinted parcel, well I was very pleasantly surprised. Placed order on Vinted on Thursday and collected my parcel Sunday morning. As usual its about individuals not every courier

Parcel collected by Relay 4 days ago, no update on any tracker, doesn't even show that as collected !!just wondering if I'll get it or..it is already lost, terrible service, I will never ever use Relay again !!

I got email to say out for delivery then txt saying delivery 30/40 minuets that was 3 days ago ,still waiting for it ,
Messaged their customer service they have not replied no response what so ever, fuming

I dropped my parcel off on 20th October. No contact from Relay to explain why it was delayed until 31st. I contacted them snd had a standard acknowledgement reply but nothing else, i sent another email letting them know i wouldn't be giving up and suddenly it was delivered. Unfortunately im not sure the buyer still wants it so i need to work out how to get it back safely

Zero if I could photos sent of delivery not where I work therefore not received? Incompetent driver can’t even deliver correct. Relay customer service non existent. Joke of a company so yes still no parcel arrived !!

‘Delivery’ to the wrong address and left on the doorstep and not in the porch as described by courier

Terrible customer service, some AI emails. Drivers do not deliver the parcel and no further action is taken. This company is a joke .

Relay seems to be the carrier of choice at the moment and I have absolutely no idea why.
Parcels are taking up to 2 weeks with depot having had my parcel over 7 days. The collection point was changed not once, but twice and I eventually got my parcel 14 days later.
They gave do e exactly the same thing this week with another delivery.
Unbelievably poor service

I’ve been waiting for over a week to pick up a package and repeat a little by relay that it’s at the collection points contacted relay numerous times and they simply don’t reply. Vinted do reply but vintage just say that they’re waiting for a relay to contact them the system doesn’t seem to work properly parcels are not scanned when they get to the delivery collection point so you have to rummage for a sack full of lots of packages and I’ve had to do that for the last week. Poor staff in the post office, keep looking for the package as well the system seems broken and hopefully I’ll get a refund because this is ridiculous.

Slowest delivery company out there. When things go missing which they do while in there care you will be ignored.

Had my parcel since 22nd October, still no sign of delivery as of 31st October! Reached out to customer service twice and I have had no response. Utterly ridiculous and will be avoiding this courier wherever possible in the future!

Have lost one Vinted parcel already and the remaining 3 Relay deliveries are now showing as delayed by upto 5 weeks (assuming they arrive at all). For the sake of buyers I have switched off them in my Vinted shipping out options. They also do not respond from a customer service perspective so would ideally give them zero stars. Why Vinted persist with them as a service provider is beyond me.

I would give ZERO stars if it were possible. This is the 3rd parcel that they have failed to deliver within a 3 week period - no updates, no explanation although at one point they blamed the delay on Storm Austen - still obviously delayed whilst the rest of the UK got back to normal within a day! Worst “delivery” company ever - exceptional when it comes to non delivery and poor communication!
