Customer service for failed delivery. 72hrs. Absolute joke.
Wait 25 business days for a failed delivery before you can claim a refund. On what planet!!
Disgusting.

SENT 2 PARCELS FROM FLEET RD GARAGE USING RELAY DELIVERY - ONLY 1 PARCEL WAS SHOWN SENT - ASKED TO GO INTO GARAGE WHERE I WAS TOLD THE LABELS HAD BEEN MIXED UP AND SENT TO WRONG PEOPLE - THEN PARCELS HAD TO BE RETURNED TO GARAGE SO NEW LABELS COULD BE ATTACHED - TRIED TO CONTACT RELAY - MESSAGE SENT ASKING FOR CONTACT - NO REPLY - DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR PARCELS.

Useless, awaiting delivery for an item from Vinted, the parcel was dropped at the shop 5 days ago, still hasn't been collected, customer service are none existent!

Never heard of these until I sold something on vinted. After 2 weeks they decided they weren't able to deliver the parcel so its come back - but not to me, to thr drop off point. So not only did they FAIL to do a very simple job, I now have to take time out of my day to collect the parcel!

Delivery to Leeds
The goods were left in a public place in the early evening when the offices were closed. Consequently the goods were stolen leaving only the packaging behind.
If I could give a minus rating for this delivery company I would.
Do not use them they are untrustworthy and have no means for customers to contact them when a problem occurs

My delivery was supposed to arrive 17:00 & 21:00hrs then I got another message saying that it would be with me by 22:00hrs and then nothing arrived. When I checked back it said out to delivery and now it sates `Your order is delayed' and that it could take 48 hours to remedy. This is the second time that their driver has stolen my package enroute.

I have removed them as a selected courier on the re seller sites. Poor service, app never tells you when an item is being delivered or where it is in the system. They have lost over 7 parcels in the past 2 months.

Terrible communication and no updates on my parcel

​My parcel was picked up by the courier on September 3rd, and there have been no tracking updates since. I contacted customer support through the website two days ago to ask what is happening with my order, but I have received no response at all. Complete lack of customer service and total radio silence. Extremely disappointing experience—I would not recommend using this service.

Tried to delivery to a business address on a saturday and a bank holiday monday. They rang and i asked them to delivery on tuesday. They said ok and then failed the delivery and returned it to the sender. Totally waste of time. Rude unhelpful and would never want a delivery off them again

I sent an item sold on vinted and was informed by the buyer that the wrong item had been delivered. I raised the issue on the Relay tech contact form, but received no response. After 3 days, I logged a complaint with Resolver. I explained the issue and sent pictures of the packaging I had used. A week later, I received a response from Relay to confirm that their investigation concluded that I was to blame and had sent the wrong item. Although the packaging I had used was totally different to the one on the delivery picture, their conclusion was that the packaging was the same. I have requested to see the results of their internal investigation but I'm not holding my breath. There does not seem to be oversight of such companies, so not sure what to do next.

They lost my parcel even when the tracker said it will be ready for collection soon. The customer service is very unhelpful!! They said I need to contact vinted regarding my parcel being lost and inform them that Relay had confirmed it being lost but guess what!! Vinted support team said Relay hasn't confirmed it!! What a joke! 2 days I've been in contact with through email and not once they have updated the tracker. DO NOT USE RELAY!!!

They pay peanuts , they pay drivers on their estimation to how long it will take to do the job.
You need to add at least 1 hour to their estimation , the system all wrong , the GPS is shocking , you do delivery in 1 street then 2 in different street then you have to come back to deliver in the previous street . They say they pay at least the minimum wage but who want to work for the minimum wage using own car & fuel bearing in mind you will need new tyres & suspension parts for your car after a couple of months. Such company should be named & shamed , don't work for them , pure exploitation . To all drivers out there Avoid these 2 shit companies Evri & Relay . Relay is an AI logistic company , The job length estimation & pay rate generated by AI & largely underestimated , drivers are always underpaid so I suggest to Relay to use AI to do deliveries too & the company will gain 100% of all the deliveries.

Sent an order through vinted using this new relay company , dropped it off at a shop affiliated with relay, the labels been mixed up and the buyer got something completely different so me and the buyer are out of pocket until vinted sorts it out. Useless won’t last very long

If you want your parcel soon don’t use relay! Cheap for a reason. Tracking is also useless as it tells you no details. Cheap but not cheerful

SO horrible and will not deliver on time. I blacklisted it never again!

I am not normally one to write reviews, but I just recently started using Relay services through Vinted. At first glance I thought it was really smooth, simple drop-off and everything is QR code based.

But low and behold, I have now had 3 deliveries scheduled for delivery to me with Relay:
1. Was a bundle of 2 items, but only one arrived in a broken parcel. I confirmed with the seller who shared pictures and somewhere in the delivery chain someone had broken the parcel up and removed one of the items.
2. I was ready to write incident 1 off as a poor delivery and the fault of an individual rather than a poor company, but my second interaction was a schduled home delivery, where I was sat at home for 3 days in a row waiting patiently for my parcel to arrive. I followed the driver live and could see them approaching, but not a single attempt was made to ring my doorbell or talk to the concierge (I confirmed)
3. The third parcel I am still waiting for it has already been 2 weeks delayed, but at this point I am not even sure it is going to show up.

Conclusion:
I will NEVER order anything with Relay shipping again and I advice that NO ONE else ever does. After looking at their reviews as an employer on Glassdoor, it looks like it it is also not a great company to work for. Nice webpage and design doesn't cover up for poor service when you are a service company.

Won’t be using relay again. I ordered an item on Vinted over a week ago, the seller dispatched it the same day and over a week later it’s lost in the system with tracking having halted and there’s no way to contact customer service to find out where it is

I also tried relay for the first time as a seller last week as well, dropped it off at the shop within 6 minutes of the Order, it’s now been 5 days and it’s still sitting at the shop not having been collected according to the tracking

I have now turned relay off on my Vinted account!

Terrible company 2 parcels gone missing waste of time trying to talk to them no response never use them again

Has to be the worst company ever. I have used them multiple times on vinted to return items and I have never successfully had a parcel delivered. I've lost out on refunds because they do not mark it as received in the shop until the parcel has been collected and I end up passing the deadline. These need to be shut down and as crazy as this sounds I'd rather use Evri/Hermes. This company is an absolute disgrace and needs to be removed from Vinted or any other platforms that it's currently on.
