Shocking length of time for parcels to arrive at their destination. This company has caused problems for me posting and the receiver. Constant communication about parcels that are 10days after posting. All the other couriers average 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery put back massively with no notification or explanation, no status update, ignored by "Customer service". The worst company ever had to deal with. Basically need to be officially legally challenged and ultimately closed down. Performance monitoring of parcel delivery companies needs more rigor and compensation rapidly payable for failed paid for delivery time envelopes. Don't use.

Absolutely aweful service, they have had several parcels over 10 days and been no movement. I would never use these as my delivery service. I’d rather pay an extra 70p and use inpost or evri.

I don’t usually do reviews but this is the 3rd time out of 4 deliveries from vinted it’s been over 10 days and still not received the item.

Absolutely ridiculous. Gave them the correct address and they somehow managed to deliver the parcel to a different street altogether. Terrible tracking, not delivered to my chosen safe place, and I'm dreading having to contact customer services because they don't seem accessible in the slightest. This is the first time I've ever used this service and even Evri hasn't let me down like this. Vinted need to stop using Relay ASAP.

Unbelievably bad service but Vinted seem to keep promoting, obviously getting a good back handers.

Trying not to use Relay on Vinted ensures the postage price goes up generally by £1 not much but when you think of the item cost sometimes it's 20-30% of the cost and Vinted delivery time frame states in small print 25 days delivery this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.
This along with the forced vinted charge has really increased.cost to customer and eroded funds to seller.

Relay maybe a cheap way for a buyer to use when purchasing items from Vinted however theyre the slowest delivey service known to man.

Shockingly slow, pay a £1 or so more and use In Post or an alternative delivery service if you want your purchase sooner rather than a lot later.

I have sent and ordered 4 parcels with Relay. The two I sent arrived a week late and the 2 I ordered are lost. Pick another courier

A massive shoutout to Relay for teaching me the true meaning of patience. I was told my SHEIN parcel would arrive yesterday, but instead, I got a front-row seat to a high-stakes psychological thriller where the delivery countdown timer changed more times than an influencer changes outfits.
I literally cancelled my actual real-life plans to sit at home and wait for this legendary package, only for it to completely ghost me. Truly riveting stuff. At this rate, someone needs to launch a full-scale investigation into why on earth SHEIN is outsourcing their deliveries to this total trash service.
Congratulations, Relay. You have successfully achieved the impossible: you’ve somehow managed to make Evri and Royal Mail look like a premium, elite tier, white-glove VIP experience. Absolute clowns.

Do not use this company. If you value your own customers and want to keep them, do not send out their orders using RELAY. Worst company ever. Do not expect any customer service. Do not expect your parcel to arrive.

I was sent numerous emails with different delivery dates. They need to do better. THIS COURIER LEFT MY BELONGINGS OUTSIDE ALTHOUGH I SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE IT THE CUPBOARD, ONE STAR!!!

2 parcels i have sent by Relay have not turned up. Disappeared into thin air. I am not impressed at all.

Even not 1 star deserved, waiting parcels for 3 weeks, this is absolutely ridiculous!!! And at the end you don’t know what to expect, probably my parcels will be lost. The worst delivery company, never again.

Awful delivery company! They have lost at least 5 of my parcels it's been 3 weeks from sending parcels with them and as yet none of them have been delivered, no customer support or communication. I've removed them from my shipping options. Avoid them if you want your parcels to arrive!!

The worst delivery service ever. The drivers leave the parcels anywhere they want, they can’t be bothered delivering it to the customers door or leaving it at the designated safe place. I have lost so many parcels like this because i live in an apartment and they leave the parcels anywhere at the main door where everyone has access too and I never find my parcels

They have a ridiculous "second business day" delivery rule so they skip a day if they miss you and you're not home. Of course Relay picked the one day of the week I was away from my home at work (22/10/2026), (bearing in mind I work from home three out of the five days) to try and deliver my parcel sent by Temu. I then arranged for them to deliver to my neighbour in advance and they called to say said neighbour wasn't home so I said to leave it in the wheelie bin outside my house instead just to save the hassle of them taking it away and coming back. The delivery driver said he could just redeliver it and assuming he meant the next day, I agreed. Turns out they skip a day so it would be the day after (Saturday 24/10/2026), according to the Temu app. Yet no delivery was out on the Saturday either. Then I get a notification via Temu that a delivery was attempted at 20:56 on 24/10/2026 and failed WHILST I WAS SAT IN MY HOUSE RIGHT BY MY FRONT DOOR AND NOBODY KNOCKED OR WAS OUTSIDE MY HOUSE. So they've lied to me twice now!! What nonsense courier doesn't reattempt delivery the next working day?! Why would they not want rid of the parcel? I really needed my items to actually start organising my home. If they attempt on Monday, 26/10/2026 when I'm back in work again, I am going to go ballistic especially when I'd cancelled plans today to be in all day for the parcel so I don't keep missing it and have it sent back to sender. Relay actually make Evri look like a reputable, reliable courier service and that is saying something as Evri are pretty awful too! I didn't think there could be a courier company worse than Evri and then Relay come along and take the gold medal. Avoid Relay where you can and if you have the option to pick a courier, pick anyone but them. I'll know better next time.

If you want your delivery to reach after a year use this service 🤬 they wont disappoint you 😭

I posted a parcel on the 19th, and there has been a frustrating delay with no clear tracking updates. The recipient still hasn’t received it, and I’ve had to raise a query to find out what’s going on. Delivery services should provide clear updates and ensure parcels arrive on time. Unfortunately, my experience with Relay hasn’t been great so far. I hope they look into this and improve their service.

Started using relay thought they where good omg one of the worst delivery service providers losing more parcels than delivering no way to contact them also no update tracking avoid 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Not sure I will ever use relay again! Delivery late. Customer service non existent. Tracking doesn't provide you with any information. Will stick to inpost in the future!
