Relative Connections are first rate in their field and I would recommend them to anyone looking to find old friends
The approach by all members of staff at this company I dealt with were polite, courteous, professional and clearly very competent.
They were knowledgeable and responded to my query in a commendably short time.
Subsequently supportive when the result of their enquiries was known.

Compassionate service
Compassionate service. Extremely professional and reliable. You are always there at the end of the phone. Only one slight error, of a duplicate email that was sent a few days later than the previous one, which I had already responded to.

I got in touch with Relative…
I got in touch with Relative Connections after reading positive reviews on the internet. I was searching for a relative and after my own research came to a standstill I approached R.C. Now I won’t go into too much detail about our find but there were definitely plenty of twists and turns. Wasn’t the outcome I had hoped for but that wasn’t any fault of RC.
Sue was wonderful, went above and beyond and has stated that she’ll be happy to help further if anything else happens to come up.

Finding family
I decided to use this company to try to find relatives and wasn’t disappointed. Discreet, professional, informative and very reasonably priced considering what they do, and they helped me to get the best result I could imagine. Communication and updates were good and the staff, in particular Josh and Sue who I spoke to regularly, took the time to carefully explain things and listen to me and my concerns and always gave valuable advice. I would highly recommend this company.

Highly, highly recommended
Relative Connection have a great team of people - my main contact was Josh - he is professional, explained things clearly, gave pointers, encouragement etc, good communication, easy to chat with, informative, gave clarity of what the service(s) entail, etc. This carried over with other colleagues of Josh. Would highly, highly recommend this organisation.

A great team at Relative Connections
A great team at Relative Connections, professional and caring.
The two teams , search and then support work well to keep you informed of progress through the process of finding an individual.
The information I supplied to find someone after some 45 years of no contact was limited , however the team at Relative Connections worked quickly and found my old friend .
Would I recommend them - yes .
