About the SUPPORT: Incredible! Fast! Wise! I've got support from at least 3 members from this team and I'm impressed how far they answer and how many alternatives they've gave me! I've ended up buying the product Camo and I'm very happy.

About the CAMO: The only thing I'm dissapinted is the Camo has no authorization/license manager. If you buy the lifetime license you have 2 seats to authorize, you can't reset by yourself any seat/license and can't remove an active authorization/license if you want. You have not two licenses, you have in fact TWO CHANCES to authorize. So, if you perform a clean install of macOS or sell your machine you'll need to buy more licenses or contact support team to reset the license which is annoying.

About CAMO stability: This app is impressive! Works out of the box, simple like that! You only need connect your iPhone to your mac and everything will be fine, no lag, no pixelated image. This is probably the best and useful app I have to work in my home office.

My wife thought she had lost 6 years worth of journal entries when the developer of the iDo Notepad app stopped supporting the product and a recent iOS update disabled the app. Hans supplied her with links to the software and steps on how to retrieve the database entries into a CSV file, which steps I followed and voila! Recovered!! Thank you so much, Hans!!

Life saver!!! The iDo notepad app stopped working after doing the last IOS update. I was literally in tears thinking that all my info was gone. Hans was very responsive and got everything retrieved. What a relief!!

With the most recent iOS upgrade, the iDo Notebook developer apparently decided to stop upgrading the app, and I lost access to every note/list I'd created over the past decade. Some healthy research brought me to two primary decisions: either back-date my phone to a previous version (which would include wiping the phone) or use the Reincubate app (which would entail sending raw data to a relatively unknown company). But with so many great reviews I decided to give Reincubate a try. Hands down, the best $40 I've ever spent! Despite being half a world and multiple time zones apart, Hans went above and beyond to connect with me over Zoom for seamless instruction through the process. He recovered every single list in the iDo notebook, and was professional and engaging in all our interactions. I'm certainly hoping I won't need to recover app data again in the future, but if I do I'm 100% returning to Reincubate. Thank you Hans!

I am beyond grateful for what their team and app was able to achieve for me. I had 12 years of writing saved in an app that no one was able to help me with when the app locked and was no longer available. Their customer service is exceptional as well. Friendly, supportive and skilled.

Hi, after using an application for many years to protect my photos and other files on my iPhone, the guy who made the application stopped doing the updates, and from one day to the next when my iPhone updated I had no more access to my files. With the help of support and there application I managed to get all of my files back without any worries. I really do recommend the use of there application and the support of them goes beyond any ones these day. I'm not saying this out of interest or anything but I must admit I'm in IT on a daily bases and this is something that you all might need sometime as sooner or later the developers just stop doing updates and bingo your stuck....

Reincubate provides truly exceptional service. I have very low confidence in my ability with technology but they provided me with such clear and straightforward instructions that I was able to download the tools I needed to recover some very important messages that I thought were lost for ever. They responded really quickly and were so friendly and helpful. It was an excellent service and I'd recommend it to everybody.

I had become dependent on iDO Notepad on the iPad and it suddenly stopped working - not compatible with iOS any longer. No updates available, data not accessible, App would not open. I had all my internet passwords on there, journals from holidays in Antarctica, New Zealand etc, novels I had started writing, notes, communications. Disaster. Hans at Reincubate talked me through using iPhone Extractor and it recovered all the lost data. Can’t praise him and the company enough.

After downloading a software update on my iPad I no longer had access to IDO Notepad which had almost 9 years of journaling. I thought it was lost until I found Reincubate and the iPhone Backup Extractor. Hans walked me through each step and I was able to recover my writings. I lost access to Clear Record app (and the hundreds of voice memos I needed), on my IPhone when it auto- updated. App no longer supported or available, so prevented me accessing it. Contacted the CEO of Reincubate, Hans, who amazingly replied with detailed instructions of how his software may be able to help (no promises).
IPhone backup extractor DID help and I was able to recover all the data despite not having the app.
Super grateful for Hans’s assistance and this great software tool that saved me!

iPhone Backup Extractor not only allowed me to easily view and export data from my backups, but it also showed me the restriction passcode which I have lost years ago!

Amazing program, great UX, having very competent and friendly customer care representatives, just in case you need it!

After using the standard version for over a month I have finally pulled the trigger and paid for the pro version, and oh boy, it is well worth it! FHD quality, zooming options, controlling the different lenses of the phone is nothing short of amazing.
Nothing but plug and play. Works every time, like a charm. As a teacher, can't be happier with the app.

Reincubate were amazing ! A notes app developer abandoned the app so I lost all my journal and research data going back to 2014! Reincubate, especially Hans Hizon, literally walked me through the process of restoring my precious notes, via about 10 emails. He had immense patience. Great customer service!

I have been using this software for a year and it is extremely well designed and does what I need it to do. It was time for renewal and I accidentally ordered the wrong subscription. I emailed customer support and less than 24hours my situation was completely resolved. Excellent customer service and I highly recommend this app!!

I bought BlackBerry Backup Extractor; I do not know whether it works or not, as I miss-understood the specifications and needed it for bbb created with Lynk and the format is not supported.
However, I had quite a hard time and several email exchanges with support in order to activate the licence - which I finally succeeded 3 days after the purchase.
Main problems encountered:
1. this company uses low security SMTP servers, blacklisted for spam - awful time to receive their replies and emails
2. The password reset option does not appear to send any email at all
3. They had to send me the password by email to a insecure account
4. Password initially sent did not work.
5. They reset the system and finally the password worked.
6. The purchase invoice is not digitally signed - bad image for a SW selling company, as they do not know or care about the quality of their commercial papers.

Finally, I had responses and positive input /reactions from the selling company. They understood the issues and I am sure they will take appropriate actions for correcting the situation.

So, let's evaluate upper!
