Go to CADDO

Go to CADDO. This company has robbed me and refuses to refund me or even give me back my retainer fee. Dont book with them, i paid them for a room i never even set foot in, they sent my name to collections now collections wont even pick up the phone from Regus. Everything about this company is shady.

I am sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction.
I understand there was a delay in providing the specific furniture you requested for which I apologise. However, the office start date remained unchanged as standard furniture was available, but you chose not to use the space or pay invoices, which led to service restrictions and collections.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly. Retainer refunds are processed only after all outstanding invoices have been settled and a refund request has been submitted through your online account at myregus.com by following these steps: Account > Billing and Payments > Retainer Balances > Request Retainer Return.
If you have more questions, my team are in contact with you now. Alternatively, you can submit a query through the ‘Help’ section of your online account.

AWEFUL! Don't Rent Here!

AWEFUL! Do not rent from them! You will be very sorry you did.

We had a lease for a year for 2 offices. Once they sign you up, their service is absolutely horrible. Their walls are paper thin so you hear everyone talking. And if you need anything, good luck getting it unless you are interested in more offices.

AND WORST, when we cancelled, they have refused to refund our $8,000 deposit. It's been six months! They keep saying they have an accounting problem which we learned is outsourced to Asia, literally. So you can't call anyone.

Don't make the mistake we did.

And BTW, they will likely respond to this post saying "We are sorry and working on it". That too is a lie! They've said that literally every month for 6 months. Now the latest is the person who is "working on our account" is now on a 1 year PTO so we have a new person, again...literally not making this up.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Hi Tom, I’m sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction.
We have received no similar complaints about noise levels in your centre and can only apologise if you were given cause for concern.
Our centre teams are available to discuss such matters and would’ve been happy to talk about your available options.
We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly and have taken measures to make the refund process as smooth as possible for our customers.
It’s important for me to highlight that we have not refused to refund your retainer; we attempted the refund on two separate occasions to the bank details you provided, and the payment was rejected as the account was not recognised. After you sent us confirmation your bank details the payment was immediately reprocessed and we advised you of the new payment date.
As a business, we operate across more than 120 countries and count 8 million people amongst our customer base. Our customers come from a diverse range of backgrounds and we are proud to be able to support each of them.
Rest assured that regardless of location, each of our teams is qualified to handle requests for each market that we operate.
