Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
I'm very sorry to hear that your recent visit was marred by the difficulty you had connecting to the internet.
We completely understand how frustrating that can be, especially when connecting to our network is normally straightforward. Our centre team would have been more than happy to assist and work with you to get connected as quickly as possible.
If you would like to add further comments, please feel free to email me at michelle.spire@regus.com.

The facility is great and Adam
The facility is great and Adam, the community manager is a pleasure to work with. However, I was charged twice without me knowing and that is not good. There was no follow up email from the Account Department despite sending me an email saying they will follow up. I found your accounting and billing department is really below par.
