Regus - Tennessee, Memphis - Triad Centre I (Office Suites Plus) Arvostelua 

The local staff are attentive & dedicated. Anaya is fantastic! Unfortunately, the support that backs up these important people is lacking resulting in gaps of front door support. Another critical issue is the poor technical support maintaining their technological infrastructure. Recent lapses have resulted in days of poor internet coverage. The location is excellent and the ability to move meeting around to accommodate clients.

I had spoken with my sales representative several times since the beginning of the year about virtual offices for my commercial mortgage company and my family foundation and finally was ready to sign my leases the end of October. I have two offices in Memphis and one in Fort Lauderdale. My sales representative sent me an email and said that I needed to sign my lease agreements prior to the last day of the month. I signed the leases on October 18th. I was not expecting to receive any invoices as soon as I signed the leases. When I sent an email to my sales representative he stated that because I signed the leases then I was being charged a pro-rated rate. I was really upset with this. I have decided that I am going to sign leases with another virtual office company. I know that I am going to be charged for the leases for the year that I was expected to have the virtual office. I will deal with the cost to be out these leases. I was not happy about this at all because I was looking forward to doing business with Regus. I only wish I had read the reviews before signing the leases. If I had read the reviews, I would have continued to review other companies.

The pros were the office space was just what I needed for a major project. Plenty of space, good wifi and quiet. Was able to get a large amount of work done during the day.
However the negatives would not let me book this location again. Mainly, poor access to talk to anyone when arriving and during the time I was there. I got to the location and the Google map was rather vague on which building. When calling the number, voice recording. I happen to look up and find another business in the same building to let me know which. Next few minutes before a front desk person. She was very friendly and welcoming. However, failed to mention nor the sign was visible about no one at the desk area for two hours mid day.
The bathroom is outside the lock area of the offices and upon returning. No one at the desk to buzz back in. Had to stand there until someone coming out was nice enough to let me in, but since the office was locked, had to wait over a hour until the front desk came back.
Once again called the contact number, only recording. Called the office manager number also on the recording. Another recording and never got back with me at all. Last called the 800 number and the person was very rude when telling him the situation and not helpful.
While there were some pros, the lack of persons at the secure area, not letting a first timer know no access for a two hour period, no live person to talk to , no follow up from the office manager or any of the messages I left and bathroom not easy located, ensure won't book this location agan and very hesitant to book again

I've had an inaccurate charge on my account so long . Each time I call the Memphis office they tell me the manager is busy or not in and she'll return my phone call. Haven't received a phone call back for months .
