Won’t allow me to cancel at fast track house
Spent 15 minutes trying to cancel my virtual office on Regus online portal but my ability to cancel before it auto renews is all greyed out…
Rang the local office and they have no clue why said they would ring me back
Absolute nightmare company to deal with, tried to start charging me retainers when I’m paying a month in advance, ridiculous…
Now sent the unpaid retainer to a debt collection dept even though my actual rent for the office is up to date!
Just because I wouldn’t give them a card they could auto charge, which was a wise choice since they tried to charge me for services like mail forwarding which I specifically stated I didn’t want
Then when I challenged them
On it they pretended like it was an error even though you have to physically go into your online portal and tick the boxes for additional services…
Stay away from this nightmare company, I’ve emailed them to say I want to cancel and recorded everything In case they pretend like they haven’t received the email
All the same energy and practices of those scam companies we’ve had the misfortune to deal with before
Avoid if you don’t want a complete headache

Hello Iain,
It is surprising that you felt it necessary to post a new complaint here when we have already fully supported you.
As per our response to your earlier review in March, we ask all our customers to add an automated payment method to their account. I apologise if this wasn’t clearly communicated to you but it’s in the terms of your agreement. We understand that this is not always possible, so we agreed as an exception for you to pay via an alternative method. That exception is made on the understanding that an additional service retainer is payable.
You have since refused to pay for this and your account has now been restricted.
On 10 February, we received notification that you didn’t want the mail forwarding service and we stopped and credited it on the same day. This is an auto opt-in service (contrary to your comments) as many customers choose to benefit from it.
You’ve now posted this complaint because your agreement has auto-renewed. Please note that we sent you a courtesy renewal reminder on 9 April but did not receive any response.
Your Community team is your main point of contact and have been assisting you locally. My team member will also contact you now and clarify this further.
