Why would you seek to link my name and…

Why would you seek to link my name and that of Ramasamy to two poor reviews of your service. Please remove our names as we did not make these ratings.

I guess the two previous ratings were correct in that case.

I’m sorry for any confusion caused. 
One of your colleagues received a survey after inquiring about our services and visiting the centre on behalf of your company. This is the review associated with your company name. We understand that it was you who signed the agreement and not them. We are very interested to hear your views and will be asking for your feedback after you move in and regularly throughout your stay with us.

Always defensive over reviews they do not agree with

When you enter a review of this shocking business they write back and insult you by calling you an indian name. Who on earth is Ramsamy?

I take the time to write about the appalling service by this company when visiting for a meeting in June and I am since attacked with some tripe on paying a bill I have never received and would not use their services.

People this is a perfect example of how poorly run this business is as i mentioned in my last review.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction, although we have already addressed your concerns.
The administrator of the account your company has with us is your colleague, Ramasamy.
He signed a 12-month agreement starting 01 July 2025 with a preferential monthly fee; however, the invoices have not been paid since then, which has caused the account restriction.
Accounts with long-term overdue balances will be automatically handed over to our collections team.
Most, if not all, companies have an internal collections department or utilise a third party. It’s a very common part of a business when providing goods or services to customers and then not receiving payment. This should not come as a surprise to any consumer. We want to maintain a positive relationship with you; however, the current payment situation needs to be resolved, and we appreciate your urgent payment (you can pay via your online account).
A member of our team has already been in contact with you in this matter. Please respond to them if you need further assistance.
