Account/invoice/payment often wrong
Account/invoice/payment often wrong, giving us lots of headache. Charging extra services which we did not sign up for. Adjusting the account was confusing with repeated extra overcharges and credit notes and partial payment and overpayment. Charging late fee when we have paid before deadline. To waive the late fee became a nightmare with confusing accounting entries.
Office customer service manager was very professional and helpful. The account department is awful and made the whole experience unbearable.

The details of charges and services are outlined in our agreement. We charge our customers accordingly.
Our invoices are payable no later than on the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you.
You can review invoice and payment dates on your statement of account, available in your online account.
