Regus - Ontario, Ottawa - 343 Preston Arvostelua

The facilities the center staff are outstanding give them five stars -couldn’t ask for more. Regus‘ accounting and billing is probably the shittiest I’ve ever seen in any organization I’ve ever dealt with. I’m still getting regular messages for over a year now about a credit card I’ve never used. I can’t use a credit card with Regus because they fraudulently billed me. So sad that such a wonderful organization has a crappy accounting system/department. My recommendation is that Regus needs to do a real audit of their accounting system and fix it.

First of all I would like to acknowledge Ramya and her staff at 343 Preston St. She is epitome of professionalism and is credit to your organization.

The floor manager's patience and the lobby security's courtesy when I come after hours are very much appreciated.
