Regus - New Mexico, Santa Fe - Washington Avenue Arvostelua 

Regus closed my location. They refuse to cancel my contract, even though there is not another location withing an hour of my past location. Their helpdesk was non-responsive. Horrible experience. You are better off using a nicer and maybe more local company for flexible workspace. Stay away from regus

Response to their reply:
1. I've tried to communicate multiple times to their customer support. They have stonewalled or stopped answering.
2. I informed them there was no reasonable office within any measurable distance and they respond as they did before.
3. I sent them a notice that they materially changed the grounds of our agreement so It should be released and they did not reply multiple times.
4. Their customer support has no phone number, so the only person you can talk to is their collections department who says they can't help you and there is no number to call.

So in short - if you work with Regus, you get a corporate WALL and the type of support you see in this response. If you have an issue they hide. If you respond with a reasonable request, they don't respond.

Based on this response, I'll again ask them to be reasonable.

They closed the only office I can use. They changed the terms of the agreement. They won't respond to my emails.

Absolutely horrible experience!
Regus changed our contract without our consent, resulting in 300% price increase. They dismissed our concerns and refused to rectify the situation. We've been dealing with that issue over a year now to no avail. They keep charging our account and have even resolved to submitting our account to debt collectors. Nothing but lip-service, false promises and no attempt at rectifying the situation. Buyer Beware!

I liked my office space and the area of the location. The front desk personnel was super friendly and helpful. What I didn't like was that there were days without wifi, the dishwasher was broken for weeks (unsustainable plastic/paper disposables were given as a solution), and one day, we could use the kitchen sink either. Things can happen, but if you pay the monthly and high 'cleaning' fee, you'd expect things to be great or be compensated if expectations aren't met.
