Regus - Manchester, Airport Arvostelua 

The office is clean and generally a good workspace with decent kitchen facilities, and the reception staff are always friendly, helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, there have been ongoing heating issues for a considerable time. The office is often so cold that staff have had to work in their coats and use hot water bottles just to stay comfortable. On some occasions, the temperature has been so low that staff have had to go home.

Engineers have been scheduled to attend multiple times, but the problem remains unresolved. The reception team have done their best, and it's clear that the situation is outside of their control. It's a shame, as resolving the heating issues would make a significant difference to the overall experience.

My company rented a small office from Regus in 2025 for a period of 9 months. During that time, we were repeatedly hit with unexpected price rises, add-ons that we had not agreed to or requested (e.g. "unlimited tea and coffee" for the equivalent of a c.20% rent increase) and a raft of fees and costs that were inflated at a seemingly arbitrary rates. We received multiple promises to from the local team to make refunds that never materialised. Any push back from us was immediately met with threats of legal action, debt collection agencies and similar.

At the end of 2025, we ended our tenancy and vacated the office. After leaving a 1 star review on Trustpilot, Regus contacted us and agreed to issue a partial refund on the basis we remove our review, which we agreed to do. In August 2026, 7 months after we had stopped purchasing services from them, a mistake from Regus finance led to them issuing us an invoice (in error), followed by repeated threats to "report [the] debt to a credit bureau”, "initiate a legal claim for the amount owed” and [hand the ‘debt’ over] "to a law firm or collection agency regarding your breach of agreement”. As company Director, I was left fairly distressed by these threats, all which were made after they had admitted to me in writing that the error was entirely theirs.

I can think of few worse experiences that I have ever had with any business. If you are a business considering renting an office from Regus, read the other reviews, take them seriously, and prepare to pay far more that you budget for. Prepare to be threatened, immediately, with legal action and debt collection agencies if you question what you have been invoiced.

I regret ever setting foot in a Regus office and will never have anything to do with them ever again.

Non payment of court settlement.

We submitted a county court claim against IWG and secured a court settlement. They have not paid us what they owe us by the deadline set by the court, so we are going to have to go back to court again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Good food, clean room and good location close to the airport.
Only criticism would be that the temperature in the room was cold, however this was promptly resolved by a member of staff.

Do not consider using Regus. They want all the money upfront before gaining access to the office. Their charges are not clear. They don't return your refund months after you've vacated the office you rented. Absolute nightmare from beginning to end. Customer Service is frightful. Cannot get hold of accounts dept for my deposit refund. Unreal.
