The AI doesnt work and no uman response
They have the worst service you can imagine, only their online AI is available, they have found a payment that was made, and whilst I try to tell them I did pay they are sending fines and notices.
I see how AI can get things wrong, but they are not willing to let me speak to an agent even after I ask for it and the AI sees it is not resolved! so it is basically AI vs man with no one else to talk to.
Person in front desk was ill, so not even possible to discuss it with any one. When he was there, he said he cant do anything about it. Only the portal.
I know AI can make mistakes, but you should also have the agent option when things become absurd. Especially about payments. they say 10 days to someone to check and call back. 10 (!) days.
Ridiculous that such a big corporation has such low level support and zero human response to issues that needs addressing.
REGUS Leicester Grove park but I assume it is true to all bcs they make you use the portal for all.

Not a good experience at all.
Leicester Grove Park.
Nice office, but not everyone is professional. Heard bad language frequently from other offices, including shouting at times.
Management, customer service and finance teams were unavailable to talk to human to human and hide behind the app email system.
The only good thing about my experience was the reception team who were helpful, approachable and friendly. Sadly they got the brunt of management not giving a toss. They were worth much more than management teams and were worth their weight in gold.
I had numerous issues, but I know they hide behind the response that they “are sorry this wasn’t communicated to you” or “that it was in your contract” it’s all lip-service. They just care about your money. I’d definitely not recommend them.

I would suggest anyone who is thinking…
I would suggest anyone who is thinking of using their services, Do not.
Absolutely useless service, the staff members, sales person or help desk, all are there to ripp you off and refuse to help outrightly.
The worst decision I have ever made, is to use their office space.

Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed.
Upon receiving your comment, we reviewed them with your centre team and they confirmed that your main concern is about the retainer fee charged to you.
A two-month retainer fee is required for an office agreement and it is in your agreement terms.
