Regus - Illinois, Park Ridge - Park Ridge Plaza Arvostelua 

I booked a day office 12 days in advance and when I arrived the experience was horrible. The receptionist did not know that I had a reservation and had to confirm it with the manager. Furthermore, the room provided is not usable because I needed to meet clients. When I requested help moving some of the desks that were facing the wall to the middle so that I can meet clients (an extremely reasonable request, given the circumstances). The receptionist said, "we do not move furniture." When I spoke to the manager, I asked her for a meeting room since this particular Regus did not allow furniture to moved. She told me that will cost more money. The clients did not want to pay for the extra cost, so I ended meeting with them later in their home. How they screwed up after having a 12 day notice is beyond me, but the receptionist told me that two of the rooms were unavailable because they need to paint it. Seriously, they could have called me to let me know so I can meet the clients at another Regus location nearby instead of creating a horrible experience for the clients. I cancelled my membership because apparently, day offices are not guaranteed even if you are on the 10-day Day Office Plan. So, Regus does not have to make any good faith effort to provide a day office at all according to their written "House Rules" even if the reservation was made 12 days in advance.
