Hi Lawrence, thank you so much for your kind review! We're delighted to hear Omar and Tim make such a great team and consistently provide helpful front desk support. We truly appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share your kind words with them!
Avoid them at all costs
If I was not already with them for many years from a different location and it’s really difficult to switch addresses with a lot of services I have using their address, I would have left them a lot time ago.
I have some issues with my service with them a few months ago that caused serviced and billing disruptions at there 505 Montgomery St location in San Francisco. The dismissal and disregard I received from them is unbelievable. For them, you are not just a number, you are beneath a number.
Avoid this company at all cost.
