I'm new here, but the staff is behaving very professionally & friendly. Recommended
Vastaus yritykseltä Regus - Bucharest City Centre
Hi Stefan, thank you so much for your kind review! We're delighted to hear you've had such a positive start and found our team professional and friendly. We truly appreciate your recommendation!
Avoid this office building if you expect decent conditions and respect for your money.
The bathrooms have no heating in winter, there is no hot water, the spaces are dirty, the fridges don’t work, and the staff is rude. Reported issues are ignored under the pretext of “no budget.”
We were overcharged for a whole year for coffee cards and company logos that we never requested and never used. When we complained, we were told that “the person responsible was fired” and that we cannot get our money back.
An experience completely lacking in professionalism from start to finish.

Hi Irina,
I’m very sorry to hear that your recent experience at the centre has not met expectations; we work hard to ensure an efficient, supportive team and comfortable environment within all of our buildings.
While your centre team is always the best first point of contact for concerns like this, we take your feedback seriously and are committed to investigating thoroughly. However, as your post was submitted anonymously, we’re unable to follow up directly. Please email me at lorraine.brule@regus.com with your company name and/or account reference so we can quickly assist.
We appreciate your business.
