*Update to reply below. I have included this representative in the emails. The city wide manager did get back to me, lovely person but could not help at all.
I outlined it all in an email and will gladly share why I will not be moving forward nor should anyone in our position. We were mislead and outright lied to. The process was supposed to take 24 hrs, as told by your sales team. There was no mention of any additional charges, you didn’t honour the discount you offered and what finally broke the horses back is they only allow one person to access the buildings. How can an actual business work that way? Sorry but you are the most expensive service that offers the worst, poorly trained and unacceptable
employees so far (accept the city wide

We checked out every other service and are going with Boss business centre. Nice people, nice location, the value is unbelievable.
I would never book or deal with Regus.
*UPDATE - So far it’s only gotten worse. My partner went into the building to see about using the facility for basic stuff, printing, ect and was met with nothing but attitude. This is supposed to be your portal and you would assume the staff would be helpful. It was the opposite! They acted like we were bothering them. I noticed a similar attitude on my initial walk through but didn’t real make a big deal.
The behaviour is consistent with a badly run and managed product.

If I could give a zero I would. Let alone they called me 7 times offering a promotion and then when we finally call in to book they tell me August is the worst month for promotions sorry! And they can’t honour it. But that’s just the start.
They then tell me I’ll have my new business phone number is 24 hours. I explain I have print material on hold and clients I have to send this out to. A week goes by, many emails nothing. They throw the sales guy under the bus and say it doesn’t work that way. Today still no phone number! I’m losing business, and they don’t care, just emails saying we are working on it.
When I purchased the package I was told I get a mailing address, answering service included for my fee. I refuse to sign a contract, which now I thank my stars for! Today I receive an email stating “added service $9 a month” for me to pick up my mail. Basically they will hold your mail hostage at your MAILING ADDRESS. I call the account rep and he apologized for misleading me, that he should have explained that although it’s a mailing address , you can’t get mail there without an additional fee (apparently he didn’t know that either). I also tell
him I have no phone line, he sees baffled! I said have a manager call me and he said he can cancel my service no problem.
Our business is busy and this was something we needed but what we needed more what honestly, integrity, and accountability. It seems, so far, Regus has none of those things.
Let’s see how this plays out. Will update review,

Upon receiving your comments, I immediately reviewed them with your centre team. They confirmed that your phone line is all set as per the timeline provided.
As a part of our service, we collect and keep our customers mails at the centre; it is chargeable.
Your centre manager is already in communication with you regarding your concerns. Please continue to speak with them for further assistance.
