I am revising my initial review to include further interactions with Regus as well as their response to my original complaint. The core issue remains: I needed only 10 days of office space but was unknowingly bound by a two-month contract. This detail wasn't clearly communicated to me at the time of signing, and it was only discovered upon receiving a subsequent, unexpected bill for an additional month.

During my first day at the facility, I experienced discomfort with the lounge chairs, leading to back pain and making the space unusable for me. While alternative seating was offered, it did not meet my expectations for comfort, thus rendering any extended contract irrelevant and useless for my needs.

One of the most frustrating aspects has been the customer service experience. My issue was transferred to multiple team members, each time requiring me to re-explain the situation from the beginning. The lack of cohesion and continuity in customer support has complicated what should have been a straightforward process of contract clarification and potential refund.

I had to escalate this issue through public platforms because my emails were leading nowhere. Despite this, the response from Regus lacked a tangible solution. They mentioned transparency as a key value, but my experience indicates a lack of clarity in contract terms and an inflexibility that serves the company's interest over customer satisfaction.

While the receptionists at the facility were professional and courteous, this small positive is far overshadowed by the multiple negative aspects of my experience.

I remain open to a fair and amicable resolution and hope that Regus will consider revisiting their contract terms and customer service protocols to better align with their proclaimed values of clarity and customer satisfaction.
