Regal Pawtraits Arvostelua 

This is an addition to my original review on 12/16/2023. I received my canvas two days before Christmas and was happy with the portrait, however my one star rating remains unchanged. I am a firm believer in good customer service and this company doesn't have it. I never received a tracking number or any email telling me my portrait was shipped, and no one ever responded to any of my emails to customer service as I waited for shipment.

I totally agree with others that have written reviews for this company. The customer service division is nonexistent with them. My print went into production 3 weeks ago and still hasn’t been completed or shipped. I also didn’t realize until another lady had written a review, my picture was also missing a crown! Oh well, I guess it doesn’t matter since I will never receive this before Christmas. This company is obviously not legitimate, shame on me for trusting them. I’ll give them a few more weeks to respond or send my canvas, if I don’t hear from them I’ll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

I’m so disappointed with this company. The day after I had approved the proof, I realized my picture was missing the crown. It is a Queen picture. I emailed, I called, I texted over and over and NO ONE EVER RESPONDED.
I was willing to pay more to add the crown, but again NO ONE CONTACTED ME.
This “was” a very special gift, and I’m truly heartbroken this company made no attempt to help me.

Ordered one of these pawtraits of myself and my partner for our Anniversary, soon as it arrived my partner was just totally speechless we both fell in love with it and it was soon hung on the wall in our home great value for money, we absolutely love Scotland so I felt the Scottish couple pawtrait was very fitting for us.

Excellent responsiveness and customer service! I have made over a dozen purchases from Regal Pawtraits and have always been very satisfied.

What fun to create fantasy pictures and Regal Pawtraits made the process fun and easy. The final product was exactly what I was hoping for as a gift for my spouse.

I finally received all of my seven pictures that i have ordered. I a fully satisfied with them and i have no problem to recommend this company for anyone who want to keep a good souvenir of their precious ones.

I ordered 3 Pawtraits in a span of 3 months leading to Christmas 2022. The prices are a bit high, but as they say, "you get what you pay for", and what I got was worthy of full display, front and center in our home. I've read some of the reviews and found some of them to be quite unfair. Not everyone has a similar experience and I understand that, but in my case, the little contact I had with the company was quite satisfactory. I would even say excellent. A couple of months after my first order, I realized I did not have or got the digital for posting on social media. I messaged then and in no time, I was sent it. I was so grateful for that. I love my Pawtraits. Our Fur babies are not in these, just my spouse and I. One Pawtrait is us as a couple and the other two individuals of each of us. I am hoping to get more in the future, possibly one of my mom. What a beautiful memory keepsake it would be to have a Pawtrait of The Queen in my life.

I would definitely order again and would recommend Regal Pawtraits to anyone looking for a unique personal gift.

I ordered a portrait of our family dog as a gift for my mom. Molly was a member of the family for 14 years, and being able to celebrate her in royal portrait style makes us smile every time we see it.

Ordering was easy and the portrait looks great. It really looks like it belongs in a fine art museum, rather than on our wall.

Amazing talent my (2) Portraits are displayed in my home with pride. They are equal to any professional quality of portrait.
I plan to order more for gifts throughout the year.

Received photo today. Very nice. I could not, however get hold of these people for over a week. They said that their “email was
Not working,”. They need to provide a phone number.

I had trouble contacting them, but the owner realized my emails went to spam, it was then immediately fixed and Regal Pawtraits went beyond to make us a happy customer. Thank you, RP

I ordered a portrait in September as a gift and it has never arrived and my email queries have never been answered so I would definitely not recommend. Super disappointing.

Took 5 weeks to not get for Xmas was returned to them had to get another company to do it in week perfect !! No response from them at all dreadful customer service do not use
