I guess you cannot lose on this one :) They will manage all by themselves. On 1st take, they wasn't succefull in refund demand, so I actualy forgout about it, but not them, on anothwer take they were succesfull and they made airlines to compense my delaied flight. So now I have exra money, that I definitely would not have without them, to spend on vacation. Thx, Refundio team ;)

Ďakujem veľmi pekne celému teamu Refundio za vybojovanie odškodného, za môj zrušený let. Skvele komunikujú, máte prehľad o stave vášho problému…každá zmena alebo nové kroky mi boli oznámené. Celkový proces bol síce dlhší, ale nakoľko letecké spoločnosti vám nárok na odškodné často neuznajú aj keď ho sľúbia, oplatí sa počkať, zjavne vedia ako na nich. Za mňa spokojnosť, a ich služby môžem len odporúčať.

I had a very good experience with Refundio. After a long time, when I thought the case was already lost, they successfully recovered compensation from the airline for me. Highly recommended.

I liked the fact they actually got us a certain amount of money back! That was great. I just wished it would cover all the expenses, but that was out of their hands I guess. We waited few weeks longer than promised and so we thought they are not replying, but after all they did. Grateful for that.

Communication went really well, everything was smooth, got my money within few weeks.

It took little bit longer than expected but we got our refund for the delayed flight. We are still waiting for the redund for other passenger. The worst airline in the world in terms of taking responsibility (TUS Airways), denied to refund us for a delayed flight (8 hours). Several other companies which promised to arrange the refund failed. Refundio was the only one to help us. So I can only recommend.

Hi there, Our flight was delayed by 7 hours, and Refundio handled everything perfectly. They managed to secure our compensation in about a month and a half. After receiving the success notification, I entered my bank details and the money arrived in my account immediately. I am extremely satisfied with their service.

Ahojte, let nám meškal 7 hodín a spoločnosť Refundio nám zaistila odškodné približne behom mesiaca a pol. Dostala som oznámenie o úspešnom vybavení, zadala som číslo účtu a peniaze hneď cinkli na účet. Fakt seriózna firma. Odporúčam sa na nich obrátiť.
