You don't have to go anywhere or fight losing battles with airlines and court cases on your own. The only downside is the long processing time. Both the communication and the process itself take a very long time, so I recommend being patient. If you're not in a hurry for the money and want a stress-free experience, it's a good choice. The company only took its pre-agreed percentage, otherwise the whole process didn't cost us a penny.
