Could not actually talk to anyone
Could not actually talk to anyone. Called multiple times...no answer or emergency line??? I did email and received response for correct part to get. Wanted to pickup in Edmonton counter but had to use website ordering. I guess you dont like cash!!!

The product arrived and in fine shape. The problem was that I ordered two and was shipped one, but charged for two.

Very knowledgeable, quick shipping
The product I ordered was quickly shipped, but had to sit in customs for the required week. It finally arrived 3 days ago. We installed the product yesterday since the door had to be open and it was warmer outside. What a difference! (No instructions anywhere made it a slower process for us.) The sliding door is now so smooth and quiet! Thanks.
