Jack Hill from Reed Bristol was extremely helpful and friendly and secured me a new job. He kept me updated regularly and was adamant he would find me a new position which he did in a few weeks. A perfect fit too. Would highly recommend Jack and Reed Bristol.

Reed contacted me about a placement. Boyd did all he could to make it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. Although the hoops you have to jump thru is a bit of a nuscience. Spent 4 days sending my driving licence, tax history and dbs info to them. No reflection on Boyd thou. The placement didnt work out but that was on my part not Reed.
And the phone apps Reed uses, are a
head wreck! But I give them 5 stars all the same

I have been job searching for over 5 months. Cory contacted me about a role about a week ago. I said I was interested, she sent off my CV and had a conversation with the hiring manager. I had my interview yesterday morning and a few hours later, Cory called me with an offer! She was brilliant! She kept me informed throughout the process and wished me luck on the morning of my interview.

I was initially hired via reed to work at the company. However, I unexpectedly received an email notifying me of the termination of my contract on a day I happened to be unwell, from reed (Jordan Sackey) not the employer. This decision came without any prior indication or reasonable explanation. In fact, just a few days earlier, my line manager had reassured me that everything was going well.

When I sought clarification and requested evidence for the decision, the company altered their stated reasoning, which raised further concerns about the transparency of the process. I was left feeling deeply disappointed by the handling of the situation, particularly the lack of clarity and integrity demonstrated by reed.

All the good reviews are suspect in my opinion, I have been ghosted twice by this lot so will never use again and deleted account.

I hadn't realised Reed worked with Food Manufacturing until a recent job search on my return from travelling. A week after a conversation with Jack I had a job in a company that was only 15 mins from home and I didn't know existed. He was knowledgeable about the area, had lots of contacts, listened to what I was looking for and found a very good fit. The process was seamless and it was great having someone to take on the negotiation aspects. I would have no hesitation in recommending Reed and Jack in particular.

I have always had an excellent experience with Reed, and most recently, I was introduced to George Ward to support us with our communications and marketing recruitment needs. I was contacted by a recruiter (Bristol based I believe) in regards to a temp job. I was interested and was informed I had been selected to attend an interview. Communication up until this point was fine. However, I arrived to be told I was sitting an aptitude test, not an interview (which Reed knew) but completed it and was still hopeful. After not hearing back from Reed for over a week I reached out to the recruiter twice and received no reply. No follow up, no outcome or feedback communicated for a test they blindsided me with! Awful.

Hanna Northampton (recruitment agent) arranged a team meeting to get registered but did not attend it, and she was not bothered to leave a message prior the meeting at least. I lost one holiday as it was booked specifically for that meeting. Ignorance is bliss is their moto. Appalling service.

Worked with Reed to secure new employment recently. Dee, was brilliant from start to finish. Kept me informed all throughout, the process was quick and easy and I have just completed my first week with my new permanent employer. Brilliant!

After an overwhelming couple of months applying for many jobs, I decided to visit Reed at Lynch Wood. Jade and Hayley who were friendly and professional. I went back the following week as I wanted to ask about courses to gain qualifications and update my skills and Jade helped me. She spoke to me about many useful courses Reed offer such as Excel, Microsoft Office and Business Level 2, and Interview Questions. The courses were either on promotion or free! I really appreciated Jades advice which I feel will help me on the right track. Her service is excellent and she was outstandingly supportive
