Martin Redston has been very professional throughout my home extension project.

I was in a unique situation where work had already commenced and there was significant work required to meet building control standards.

Glyn in particular has been incredibly fast and helpful to resolve all of the structural issues as well as consistently polite when visiting my home.

I would definitely use them again!

the first point is a prompt response, they get on with the job and like most clients we need the drawings yesterday, they will revisit the site and discuss any alternatives, and all costs are of a sensible nature.

Efficient and providing practical options and solutions

Delighted to have the opportunity to voice appreciation and recommend Martin Redston Associates. Mr Glyn Owen came out at short notice and carried out a thorough inspection of property which has developed many serious faults. He quickly produced a comprehensive report which is clear and concise and together with his excellent drawings is invaluable for instructing contractors and flat owners. We now understand what needs doing and the order of priority. We have utmost respect for his integrity and professionalism and are hugely grateful for all his advice, support, recommendations and help - all delivered in the most kind, down to earth manner - we are in safe hands. It is rare to find a company with such a wealth of expertise which is so efficient, easy and pleasant to work with yet chooses to offer this really tremendous service at such a reasonable price.

Martin Redston were recommended to me. From my first communication to the receipt of the structural drawings/calculations, I was impressed by their responsiveness, attention to detail and patience. They provided very helpful and thoughtful recommendations when walking them through my proposed plans for a residential property and am really pleased with the structural drawings provided by Steve and Glynn.

The were friendly, approachable and professional. We needed a structural survey at short notice. The were clear about the requirements and breakdown of expected costs and quick to provide an initial report which we needed for the purchase of our property. They followed up with a more detailed report which we needed to plan works on the building. I would use them again.

Professional. Experienced. Deserving of their excellent reputation. Clear and fair pricing.

Very responsive, attentive and easy to deal with. Provide top quality services and professional advice. Highly recommended.

Got a very quick reply after requesting their services. The Engineer that attended to the matter was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Got a written report back in a very short timeframe. Highly recommend using them for any structural engineering services.

I have worked with Tanya for many years across more than 5 projects. The team is really good, very flexible, and their drawings have never been challenged.
I would highly recommend working with this firm

Good and very quick advice when we were in a hurry so very much appreciated!

Martin Redston were very helpful. They responded to our request very promptly and were very flexible when we had to cancel the appointment and offered an alternative date without problems. Following the visit they sent back a thorough report and gave very useful advice with further useful contacts.

A great experience from start to finish. Got a very prompt initial response and quote, booked in an engineer’s visit on a Friday and they visited my property the following Monday. I even had email correspondence over the weekend to confirm the visit. I received calculations and drawings the next day, so an extremely fast turnaround. As the project was small and I was quoted hourly it meant the cost was very reasonable and nearly half the price of other quotes I had received which were less tailored to my needs. Extremely professional and would recommend to anyone!

Very happy with the structural survey done by Tanya who was recommended to me, she helped me out at the last minute when I needed an urgent survey to check if there was subsidence on the flat I was buying. The issue came up at the last minute in the conveyancing process and she was very quick. I felt she was trustworthy and asked all the right questions. Would definitely use her again.

Attention to detail excellent from start to finish.

They were able to attend at short notice.

Martin Redston were good at communicating, fast and precise. Their services were quick and professional, as well as accommodating. I would recommend using them for structural engineering surveys.
