I paid extra for next working day delivery and it took 3 working days to arrive meaning I had to purchase locally to satisfy my customer! I've e mailed Red Rock twice asking how I can return the item for a refund and I'm still waiting for a reply a week later

Vastaus yritykseltä Red Rock UK Ltd
Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry that your order did not arrive within the next-working-day delivery timeframe, particularly as this meant you had to purchase another item locally to avoid letting your customer down.
We also sincerely apologise that your emails were not answered sooner. Unfortunately, they were incorrectly filtered into our junk folder and were not immediately seen by our team. We appreciate that this was frustrating and fell below the level of service we aim to provide.
Our team has now contacted you with return instructions. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee and will be happy to arrange a full refund once the item is returned. We will also refund the additional delivery charge due to the courier delay.
Hope that helps
