Head in sand approach
Ive waited a week before writing this review to give them a chance as l found they were always ok on past but since installing their casement window bronze cranked hinges a few weeks ago I’ve been called back by my client twice as the pins keep dropping from hinges, luckily the windows are above a flat roof and on both occasions it’s the bottom pin that falls out. Each trip costs me a half days earnings to get across London to fix. My client being reasonable has allowed me take off the hinges and use lock tight to repair. However on the last visit as l finished up the espangolette handle snapped off also(again less than a month old bought with the hinges), it was then l phoned customer services, the girl apologised blaming a faulty batch, not sure if that was hinges or handles, she advised to send an email to technical department which l sent, nothing, i then emailed accounts who in fairness responded immediately saying she had copied in sales manager into this email, and l quote “he will investigate what has happened regarding your email to us last Friday and he will come back to you to discuss this along with the product quality issue you have”- nothing, heads buried in sand
