I live in Denmark, but got my orders ( ordered twice) really quick. There were some technical problems ( not their fault ) but it was addressed imidially, so the customers service is really great. Can't wait to give one of the two items away as a Christmas present.

Delivery took months..
My grandma found a small add in the paper for a plant pot.. I ordered two.. I did take months to arrive!
The lot was as it was advertised and arrived intact etc.. overall, all went well just took a very long time to deliver.

Ordered quite a bit from this company. Had champagne glasses delivered over Christmas and they were well packaged and arrived in one piece. Recent order arrived in 2 days!! With the current climate that's really impressive. Really happy with my purchases.

The products are so cute I love it! Bought a sheep toilet roll holder and a llama doorstop, since it was my first order I got 10% off win win! I only took one start off because the sheep toilet roll holder was had a couple of small dents, probably due to transport. But once the toilet rolls are in you can't notice it, it's still super cute!

Amazing customer service. The lid in the concrete trinket was jammed. Ed arranged replacement asap and courier collection of the faulty item. I was sorted within 3 days. Well impressed!

Found an item much cheaper than where I originally saw it. Hadn't heard of this company before but gave them a go. Delivery was cheap and fast but on arrival the item was damaged. These things happen and they dealt with this perfectly and I had a replacement item within two days. Can't fault the service at all and would recommend. Excellent.

My apologies for the issues with your order. I would like to address all three concerns here.
1) Damaged item. I'm terribly sorry your order arrived damaged. Most orders get through with no issues whatsoever, and we do try to packages everything sufficiently without wasting too much packaging material - it can be a careful balance at times! Did you report the damage to us? We will always replace damaged items for our customers with no questions asked.
2) We weren't the cheapest for this item. Although we do try to be competitive wherever possible, we simply cannot be the cheapest for every item at all times. Being a small business with relatively high margins we would soon be out of money if we did this. Although we would love every customer to purchase everything from us, we totally understand if you want to purchase from a cheaper competitor!
3) Average customer service. We really do try to maintain the highest level of customer services across the board, so I'm ever so sorry to hear we didn't manage to on this occasion. I'm unable to find your order and communication details as the only information Trustpilot have provided us with is your name as 'GK'. I would really like to hear what went wrong on this occasion to see if there is anything else I can do for you, and also to learn from the experience and improve our services going forward. Excellent customer service
Purchased Wesco breadbin and another item. The other item was out of stock but I was emailed straight away and I was happy to wait for it. Waited just under a month ( This was supplier delay not RedCandy) sent a email to Redcandy and 2 days later I recieved my items. Sadly the breadbin arrived damaged :( after emailing Redcandy I decided not to wait from the supplier again and I was refunded. Brilliant customer service and I would order again. They keep in touch....and advise you every step of the way.

Fantastic company. Great products and amazing customer service. I ordered a gold landline phone from them as it was the best design I found anywhere, there was a small issue with it and they sent a new one out to me straight away no question - very helpful and love the phone

No problem at all with my order which arrived pretty quickly. I loved the little sweetie bag which was a free gift with my purchase. Red Candy were also very prompt to answer my question regarding an online query I had.
I would definately shop with them again, I love their quirky fun products.
