So sad to write a negative review but you cannot advertise a 2-3 day delivery that is coming from china!.
Ordered on 3rd September and 19th returned to sender in china.
Contact has been tough. Phone line not in service ,will never order again

Over priced for what it is.Not value for money

The product arrived on time and looks great.

My order was delayed for weeks due to product not available. I was kept up to date by Jo , who thankfully was on the ball. Thank you Jo

Ordered with express delivery yet it took 4 days to dispatch. When it did arrive, one of the items was missing.
I contacted them and was told i would be refunded the full amount plus the wasted express postage costs and that the representative would "personally oversee" this issue to resolve it quickly.
I sent the items back via tracked post which they received on 12th January yet I've still not received a refund and nobody has responded to the last 3 emails.
Utterly disgraceful. I could forgive the slow posting and missing item if they had kept to their word and quickly refunded the items but with no contact or refund for over 2 weeks after the return was received - now you've lost my business for good.
Avoid this company.

Very good service, arrived within two days of being ordered

Great product but way too slow with dispatch tried twitter, phone, email then their other email for them to seem to remember the order. Good item though but missed a birthday for a long time.

I spent nearly £100 on an item on 27/10. It was listed as 24-72 hour delivery, and here we are on 04/11 with no item.
Order confirmation received immediately, and no further updates.
I have sent 3 emails and 1 Instagram DM to no avail. The phone number on their website is also not valid.
I can't find an option to cancel my order, so I may well have to cross my fingers with a chargeback.
Abysmal service, seemingly banking on being "quirky and cool".

Having ordered from red candy before, I was happy to go to them again. Quirky gifts, great customer service and the item ordered was delivered within 10 days

So easy to find and order , fast delivery and product perfect and as described, had so many admire and ask where we purchased . Overall delighted with quality , colour and design.
