Disappointed
Be very careful when buying an item. Once you clicked and paid, they will show a timed discount for the same item. I didn't realise right away they'd be charging me for a new one. I emailed right away to get the duplicate cancelled and they told me it was too late, that's how fast they dispatch, without addressing my problem. I had to email again to ask for a return. I was given a link to a form to fill in, which I have. They said they'd contact me but nothing so far. I used to love this website. Now I'm utterly disappointed and would no longer recommend it.
I did receive both items quickly and in good condition, but the website was willfully misleading, and customer services are frankly unsatisfactory

Shocking service
Ordered an item in December, did not receive it. Queried it, and was told it would arrive in January. I've still not received it and all my queries have been ignored. No sign of a refund either. Seems like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

Wrong order was sent. Have sent several emails asking how I can return the item but have not had a response after 4 working days. The only way to get returns information is by email, so I’m currently stuck and unable to return the item. I still would like the actual item I ordered!

I have tried to contact the company via 3 different mediums and have failed to get any response. I purchased a mystery box as a gift. The box promised to contain items of double the value. To say I was disappointed with the contents would be an understatement. I received 4 items: a single tulip, a notebook, beer mats and a planter. Extremely underwhelming. The value of the items equalling 40 pounds (listed on the website) despite spending 73 pounds. Customer service is non existent. I will be going through my bank for a full refund.
