Christmas Fair
I bought online having seen the jewelry at the Christmas Fair, so knew the quality was good but needed to check the recipient's preferred charity.
The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars was because the chain was all tangled with the bag and I do think could have been more tidily presented.

Pretty necklace but it had a small ball on the end of the chain so impossible to hang a pendant from it which is why I bought it. Had to remove it to be able to use.

Dear S Morrell,
We are delighted that you are pleased with the pretty design of the necklace. As you will see from the other reviews we have tried to create something both beautiful and simple that anyone can wear. All of our necklaces are designed to fit all our statement Popons perfectly, and the majority of other pendants.
I am so sorry to hear that you have had a problem with your own pendant. Had we known this we would have been very happy to find an alternative solution for you. Our team are on hand every day via our online chat, email and phone, and would be happy to discuss this further with you should you wish to.
Thank you for shopping with us.
Warmest,
Ellen
