Very disappointing
I’m a returning customer. Paid £7.95 for delivery to receive in 1-2 working days, didn’t receive until over a week after, missing my friends birthday. Emailed to complain, haven’t received any form of communication to acknowledge or apologise. Very disappointing indeed. I will look forward to seeing how seriously you take these reviews and If you bother to make contact.

Dear Rebecca, I am really sorry to hear that you're dissapointed with your experience. Having looked at our system I can see you placed an order at 10pm on the 28th June which was dispatched by our team the next day on the 29th June at 3pm on a 24 hour delivery service with Royal Mail. It looks like Royal Mail have not been able to deliver in to you within their stated times for which I can only apologise for. As you will see on our Trust Pilot reviews, we have an outstanding rating, much of which is built on our friendly customer service and going above and beyond for our customers. I have contacted you sepearetly to see what we can do to redeem your experience of shopping with us. Needless to say, we have also refunded your shipping. Kind regards, Joel
Very easy to order and speedy delivery

Thank you Susan for sharing this lovely feedback. Love the whole team at Recognised.
Disappointed in the…
Disappointed in the presentation/packaging for an not inexpensive jewellery item (a tiny plastic pocket stapled to an equally tiny piece of cardboard) especially since I was intending to give as a gift. (Was a purchase where some of the price was donated to charity, this wasn't really reflected/celebrated in a very high-profile way either.) Could have spent my money much more wisely elsewhere unfortunately.

Dear Maxine,
I am so sorry to read that you were disappointed with the presentation of your jewellery purchase, especially hearing it was for a gift. Since we had such heavy discounts on the jewellery it was not possible for us to also include our gift boxes in the orders. The gift boxes were available to purchase separately in the sample sale. If you would still like one please do get in contact with our customer service team and they can sort that for you. Do let us know if there is anything else we could do to help.
Warmest,
Ella
Another lovely bracelet
Another lovely bracelet, a second sample sale to go with the silver one I purchased last year, such good value for money.
Highly recommended quality jewellery from a company with a wonderful ethos.

Absolutely love the concept behind this brand. I have purchased several pompon's both for myself and friends & family as gifts plus I love the fact that with every purchase 100% of the profit is going towards such great causes as Mental health, Cancer, Solidarity, Modern Slavery & Motherhood. The jewellery is beautiful in its simplicity and the quality and customer received on every purchase is 10/10.
